Yes, but we should be careful with the money we are willing to spend for him. I think more than 20 million euros for him will be too much.

If he somehow manages to get a starting role for Italy and performs well during the World Cup, his price tag would increase dramatically. Dortmund should close the deal as quick as possible. 20M seems about right for him considering his performances and the uncertainties.

20 million is pretty steep, but I looked up his goal-ratio, and it's pretty good.

From what i know , Chelsea dont want him even though he is only 20 years old and has EXTREME Quality

but then again , Chelsea are making shitloads of money from selling their bench players !!!
