Reus may have left when he was 16 but he had spent 10 years at the club prior to that.

Our academy is not great at producing stars. Klopp is great at producing stars.

Schalke have great youth products right now. Meyer, Draxler, Kolasinac, Matip, Goretzka... Good stuff.

Yeah. That.
But surely some credit should go to clubs that picked him and made him into what he was today.
If someone was being let-off as a 16 year old, you could always argue the against the home club.
I'd probably give a shared credit to them. Much like in Kroos' case where IMO Hansa did play an important role.

If only Schalke hired a good coach, that talent pool could be utilised properly.
Tuchel for Schalke.

Also, how do Mainz get Klopp or Tuchel? May be Leverkusen can keep an eye on Tuchel's replacement and buy him out.

Double blow, Klopp and Reus. And maybe Barcelona take Hummels as well.

Yeah, how on earth can they suggest that Klopp would like to play in Spain?
