Diego Costa has a buy-out clause of 38 million euros. It still can be a little bit too much for us. But if a miracle happens and we end up buying him I dont see us buying anyone else. Maybe getting Rode or/and Diouf on a free transfer.

Costa + Rode would be the best transfer window ever. :P

Ruht wrote:Dortmund getting Costa would be a huge transfer for them. He's a brilliant player, but I can't see Atletico selling him any time soon.

Atletico would sell Costa for a lot of money and the demand for quality strikers in EPL is still high so Dortmund wouldn't be able to compete price wise against the "money clubs". Despite their great run in La Liga and UCL so far, I think they're still on the brink of bankruptcy. Although, they always seem to produce excellent forwards.

This is just my opinion, but I think Diego Costa is the kind of player that would mostly fail not only in Dortmund but also in Bundesliga.

He is a very special guy and a lazy ass. He had overweight problems in the last few years... but then Cholo Simeone arrived and everything changed. Simeone knew exactly how to motivate Costa in order to get the best of him

But I don't think he is the kind of guy who can succeed in a totally different enviroment. He is the kind of guy that can spend 10 years in Germany without learning a single word of German and I'm not sure how Klopp can deal with this guy

I also feel he is a little bit overrated by the Spanish media even though he is a very good player.

Negredo would have been a dream transfer for Dortmund as I suggested last summer :P

Cheers for sharing, I did not know that. Another thing to note is, he is a very despicable player. Though Klopp might have a great relationship with him because of that :D

38M as a release clause for Costa? Well then, pack your bags Diego, you're moving to London!

So basically you want me to point out every single one of the more than 2,000 Brazilian players who have been 'exported' around the world to play football - more than 500 just in Europe - so that we can find out why they are the most in-demand football playing nation in the world? Players like Luiz, Thiago Silva, Oscar, among others?

Whatever, I am not starting another pointless discussion so that you can bore everyone with your pseudo appreciations.

No, but it would be nice for you to drop this nationalistic (even you not being brazilian, unlike myself) bullshit and learn to take a joke.

But you are not Brazilian, you are just some guy waiving the German flag. You see, there is one thing that I do agree Europeans are far superior than certain New Worlders; when they do bash their homeland on occasion, at least they do it in style.

Yeah, I dont understand the reaction from tflags as well for two reasons:

- Its silly because Tedesco just made a joke.
- You are spamming in my thread, GET OUT!
