That really depends on how big will be the gap between Dortmund and Bayern. If it will be like 3-4 points then we should definitely try give our all in Bundesliga to win the title. But on the other hand we will have Piszczek and Gundogan back, we could put some effort into Europa League matches too. We have a good squad, just had a lot of bad luck with injuries, especially Gundogan. When he will be back and all the other players I think we have enough depth to compete on two fronts.

Im surprised BvB havent been mentioned as a destination for Rode, especially since he is going to be leaving on a free transfer....

Many sources say he is going to Bayern but that move would make no sense for him, I think you'll agree.

Rode said about a year ago that he has been a Dortmund fan since childhood so I stay hopeful. :P

Bayern and Dortmund are full in the CDM department. Won't you agree? Well, if someone leaves maybe then.
Leverkusen or maybe even Schalke would be a better choice.

Kehl might end his careeer after this season so we will need another CDM. Even if he keeps playing, we still need someone to be there because our defensive midfielders are injury prone.

Well as i see it, the injuries of over 6 players of BVB is tough , yet luckily there's the national team matches week going on. which will surely serve them.
and also no matter how bad it may look, BvB has yet to give us a bad performance, even their loss against Munchengladbach was merely bad luck.
players come and go, play and sit, but they still have their main weapon, the ultimate force of Jurgen Klopp, he will fix it.
and i predict a 1-1 draw against arsenal.

Bring back your brother! ;)

I agree with you though. I think they'll take 4 points from the Arsenal games.

AS claiming that RM have 'the basis of an agreement' with Dortmund for a Gündogan transfer next summer €30m fee.

Ilkay Gündogan has decided against renewing his contract with Borussia Dortmund, which expires in 2015, and still harbours strong intentions of signing for Real Madrid next summer.

'Los Blancos' have the basis of an agreement with Dortmund, who have accepted that the German international will leave the club. Gündogan would be the natural substitute for Xabi Alonso, whose contract expires this summer and who still hasn't renewed. The German would form part of a complete Real Madrid midfield, together with Illarramendi, Casemiro, Khedira and Modric.

According to 'Punto Pelota', representatives from Real Madrid have got in contact with Borussia Dortmund again to demonstrate their interest. The club made contact after learning that Arsenal and Manchester United could be about to join the race for his signature.

Madrid would be ready to pay up to 30 million euros for the 22-year-old , who will only have one year left on his contract in the summer.

Nuri Sahin, who is still owned by Madrid but is on loan at Dortmund, could enter in the negotiations.

Gundogan should rethink joining Madrid with what happened to Sahin and Madrid just bought Illaramendi. Casemiro can play on that position as well and Modric has taken Alonso's place nicely. And 30 million? They bought Illara for what 37 mil... I hope BVB can squeeze more if ever this happens. :|

Pretty much :D However, they and Marca do have some inside knowledge about what's going on at Madrid. I hope in this case it's wrong though, I just don't want to see him waste his career at that circus.
