Seems like not many teams are after Erikson i thought ye would have been dealt by now so he must be a last resort for a lot of teams...

Guardiola wasn't in Bayern's radar when Goetze renewed his contract with the release clause in it. Even his renewal was nothing short of a scare for Watzke and Co., when he said already he might enjoy life beyond Dortmund. Just say'in.

If we dont want Eriksen that means we have some bigger plans, so a man can hope for some good signings soon. :P

Mmm...It would certainly seem that way. I really think Eriksen is something else, but a lot of other teams seem to think he isn't all that.
I guess I'll have to trust their judgement, but he really did well this season with Ajax who won the league.

That said, BvB really have put in a weighty bid for Mkhitaryan, (even though they won't get him, Shakhtar always get the money they want) and I don't rate him more highly than Eriksen at the very least: what has he proven that Eriksen hasn't?
Then again, they have enough money to buy them both.

But... Ozil? Real Madrid surely wouldn't sell him.

Ozil is the only player in the world we have a 0.01% chance of getting (he is German, his girlfriend lives here, his family lives here too, Mourinho brought him to Real, not a great atmosphere in Madrid too) who would replace Gotze 100% and would bring even more quality to the team.

Players like Eriksen or Mkhitaryan... well I dont think they are capable of replacing Gotze 1on1.

To put it in numbers: I rate Gotze 18/20, Ozil 20/20, Eriksen 16/20, Mkhi 16/20, something like that.

De Bruyne is 17/20 , he would be great. :P

You cut 2 marks off Gotze only because he is no longer a BVB player? :P
Give him a year here with us and you'll see he is 21 on 20. 8)

About Ozil's transfer. I guess you don't even have 0.01% chance. He's the guy with more assists than anybody over the last three years. It's because of him most of the times that Ronaldo gets the goals he gets. Plus a very important factor, he's a fan favorite at RM. You could do a poll and I can bet that he'd come out on top of Ronaldo. Maybe even Casillas. So that's a confirmed no-no. Until it actually happens, of course. :P

I read that Montpellier has accepted two bids in the region of 8m for Belhanda. Now he has to decide where to go out of the two.
He was interested in coming to Dortmund/Bayern as he said last year. I'm not sure the clubs involved now. I guess it could be Arsenal/Tottenham according to rumors. Is Dortmund in too? IMO he's better than KdB(current level) but probably not as good as Gotze. Plus he comes cheap. Phone Watzke to do something about it.

Not at all. Gotze is just an inconsistent player. Especially the second half of the season for us was very average for his standards. He is still not among the best playmakers but can become one soon. Needs to stay away from injuries to make it happen though.

Many Madrid fans hate Casillas because he supposedly was taking all the dirt from the locker room to the media. :P

8 mio for Belhanda? Very cheap. But I dont agree that he's better than De Bruyne, not a chance. De Bruyne showed great class in a better league and also was an important part of the national team. I would much rather have De Bruyne for 15 mio than Belhanda for 8.

I can't see Özil fitting into Dortmund's pressing game that well. He's that old kind of playmaker in a sense, you need to carry him in defence so he can be fresh and in position once in possession. He needs freedom to perform best (remember his Bremen days?). He has improved his stamina by now, but Klopp's pressing is entirely different from Mourinho's.

Or perhaps I'm reading too much into this and Özil would do just fine.

I hope you buy at least one player to replace Gotze. Don't tell me you guys are planning with Grosskreutz?

Im up to date with football in general. :P Bundesliga most, then Spanish league, then English. I know less about SerieA.

First rumour about Ozil from AS!!! Super exciting.

Jetzt wisst Ihr bescheid!
