This'll be interesting indeed. The moment they present a striker, we know Lewandowski is out.

May I ask why? If the striker will be someone unproven like, lets say, Lukaku then this definitely doesnt mean Lewandowski's leaving. We actually need TWO strikers, Schieber is not a striker, he is not even a player. :P

On the other hand if it will turn out to be lets say Dzeko then yes - that probably means Lewandowski is out.

Because I doubt Dortmund will be shelling out a transfer fee for a striker if they don't have a dire need for one, considering the team also needs attacking midfielders (and frankly, a decent enough centerback for those more common Hummels-brainfart days).

Mo, with all due respect, comparing Dortmund's transfers to present day Arsenal is 'borderline insane.' :P

Fortunately only one player from the "8 out" was a starter... But still, we need to make some "ins". :D

There is talk that Borussia Dortmund is close to signing Rami from Valencia for € 12m but I don't see what they need another CB for unless they prepare for a departure of either Hummels or Subotic.

Spurs ‘only contenders’ to sign Bernard [source]

What's up with Dortmund? Are they having withdrawal symptoms? :P
Even Dante has put in a good word for these guys. :dante:

Also, why aren't they going for Thiago? I guess at the very least, they could give it a try. Thiago + Eriksen and a force to be reckoned with.
But yeah Thiago might not want to move to Dortmund if ManU is also an option. Hopefully in a few years, Dortmund will be the first choice for readymade big young superstars. :|

Borusse, even I am getting annoyed at your team's inactivity.

Yes, we are that good. 8)

I dont know why its so quiet with transfers, Zorc said yesterday: "we know fans are gettin inpatient but we will present new stars in the coming weeks".

So Im waiting... Im starting to get worried but who knows, maybe Dortmund are preparing something huge. There were many declerations from our management that we are going to invest this summer so nothing left for me to do then trust them and wait.

Augsburg couldn't afford Dong Won Ji's clause of € 3m this summer but manager Reuther said that he's certain that one big Bundesliga club is after Ji's signature.

The media is rumoring Dortmund. He would be a good depth signing and he's a very energetic player, too. Could be a good fit in Dortmund's pressing machine.

Forget about Eriksen and buy Isco instead 8)

His price tag would double Eriksen's one but he is 10x better player :)

Well, according to Bild they are already in the race.
From goal.com Transfer Talk:
Borussia Dortmund join Isco race
If Kevin de Bruyne remains with Chelsea, Borussia Dortmund will contact Malaga regarding a potential €30 million move for Spain U21 starlet Isco.

Just namedropping.

They won't spend more than € 30m on one player, Isco's price tag is rather € 35m which makes it even more unlikely. That's not their philosophy.

The player won't choose them over Man'City where his old coach and patron Pellegrini works or Florentino Perez' Real Madrid. For all the reasons players have joined the team over the last 50 years.

I don't think Dortmund has any chance getting Isco. They want kevin de Bruyne and that's why they are trying to make a Lewandowski deal to Chelsea happen. They want de Bruyne as part of the package.
