Well, seems like Barca have lost their faith in Wenger's school and now want their kids to be taught by Klopp. Nice, nice.

Maybe even sell us Alcantara then.

i dont rate Deulofeu highly actually. He doesnt think on the pitch. Just looks for an opportunity to dribble and shot, score. Kind of like your worst version of Robben in 2011. :P Besides a loan is a stupid option. Next season we will have the same problem all over again. Building new team, looking for replacements... I would much rather have Thiago Alcantara.

Official: Santana to Schalke

Official: Sokratis to Dortmund

Now waiting for some transfers to add some power to our attack.

Getting rid of Santana is the best thing Dortmund could have done.

Anyway, I would so love to see this:

Eriksen, De Bruyne, Benteke, Pizarro and Sokratis. Mostly very young players, full of potential. Pizarroo would add some experience... Lets just wait and see.

This really looks like a list of players who werder had been looking at the last season or two -- maybe not the exact player names, but in terms of mediocrity. And we all know how werder ended up -- even with the once mighty tactician schaaf at the helm, so no guarantees for klopp to build an amazing team from these players. These players aren't anything special, and just to note that none are German. I thought dortmund had plans to bring up German players from their youth ranks (I guess maybe they will). I just don't see dortmund wanting to fill their team with foreigners, but it seems like that is the new trend for them.

Eriksen -- don't see him being world class or anything major outside the dutch league
De Bruyne -- really never proved himself at werder in the bundesliga (a chelsea youth dept reject)
Benteke -- will end up at arsenal as a backup
Pizarro -- surely you don't mean Bayern's Pizza, if so then he really doesn't scare me if he plays against us -- he scores tons of goals against weaker opponents, and if dortmund really want him then what happened to dortmunds focus on youth players? really? going for a 34 year old player?
Sokratis -- the only decent transfer, but its not like he did amazing even at Schalke, where they shipped plenty of goals. Fairly weak defense at Schalke -- unlike the old days. He would be a backup at Bayern -- and won't be anything near the amazing transfer Dante was for Bayern.

Klopp will definitely try to build a team unit with decent backups, the only way dortmund will compete -- that is expected.

Are you trying to cheer me up? :D

We will definitely bring some new players, I just want to know which ones!! Come on Dortmund, make it happen faster...

37 (Gotze) + 25 (Lewa) + 1 (Santa) + 63 (CL) = 126 million euros! So lets say we have 100 million to spend, even 80.

Eriksen 15
De Bruyne 15
Sokratis 10
Lets say Benteke 20-25
Pizarro free transfer

65 million.

We will have 5 good midfielders for 3 positions + Hofmann from the reserves. And two strikers... But I still feel like we could do better.

De Bruyne,Eriksen,Reus-Benteke doesnt even come close to Kuba,Gotze,Reus-Lewa in my opinion... I hope we make at least one spectacular transfer, like Cavani - 63 million euros. :D My dream transfer would be Mesut Ozil, I think we could get him for about 30 million euros. That would be something, nobody would cry over Gotze after such transfer. :) But its is highly unlikely this will happen...

I'm amazed that he hasn't even been linked with Dortmund  He is an ideal player for them IMO. Incredibly fast, great skills, great quick passing, great shots from outside the box, BL proven and a regular player with the NT

I have to say that I'm not too happy with those guys linked with Dortmund. I only like De Bruyne and of course Pizarro from that list

Poor defensive discipline though, I don't think he'd survive in Gegenpressing.

I don't know, but I really don't rate Schurrle as high as some of you guys do. For me, he's a bit overrated. That once-in-a-while curling shot is the only thing that keeps him on the radar of top players.

Same here. I also think Schurrle is nothing special.

Ajax said there was no contact from Dortmund. I have no idea what to think anymore... I thought Eriksen coming to Dortmund was almost a done deal.

According to this article from Bild, Klopp has interest in Mandzukic and Xherdan Shaqiri. So we now know for sure that all that fuss about Bayern being like the James Bond villian was nothing more than a charade.
