Well, he said that we won't be doing any 40m or more transfers in future, if I remember it correctly.
So, 37m€ is easily below that mark.

AC Milan is the worst in this respect. They said they 'will never sell Silva and Ibra'. Also they said they wouldnt buy Balotelli, then bought him the next day.
Emre CAN do it.

I was just refering to borusse`s "Zorc said etc..."

I learned that in football things change fast...especially when it comes to transfers, so no need to believe everything someone says

Well I have no idea what they did, but would you really expect Zorc to admit it and risk a transfer ban?

When did that happen? I'd read that Chelsea aren't considering selling him.
Are you basing your conclusion on the news that Lewa might join us and Chelsea would be out of question for him so no chance of de Bruyne going to Dortmund?
Well, Lewa to Bayern and de Bruyne, most probably, to Leverkusen then.

I have read the Dortmund are considering signing Jesus Navas from Sevilla who is an out and out winger to give some free-style-space-play to Reus.
Source mentioned was Bild. So something could be on.

Barcelona chase Marco Reus
Barcelona are closely monitoring the Germany international's progress at Borussia Dortmund as they see Reus as a valuable addition to their attack. They've been keeping tabs on him ever since his time at Borussia Monchengladbach.

Barca is coming for you Dortmund. Hummels, Gundogan, Reus? Be ready.

Bernard is on his way to Dortmund
Borussia Dortmund have reportedly found a replacement for Mario Gotze. The Brazilian player Bernard, from Atletico Mineiro, is apparently set to sign with the German club in a €12 million deal.

They are asking around 20 and will release him after Copa Libertadores [source]

Judging by the video, the lad seems to be a great talent. Though, I am not sure his 162cm-57Kg physique.

For 12 million he would be a very good option. But as you said, he is small and weak physically. That could cause a problem.

Reus, Hummels and Gundogan have no clauses, have more than a year long contracts so they are staying. Period.

For your sake, that would be great news. But isn't it the fact that Gundogan has a release clause that BVB are trying to extend his contract ASAP?

He's 1.67 or may be 1.68. Source : Wiki, transfermarket.
About weight, well he can always eat more and fat up. :P

Goetze is 1.76 and 64kg. Plus it's not like BuLi is 'kick anywhere and kick everywhere' like EPL.

I thought Reus had a clause that activates in 2014?
