30 mil for Son and 80 mil for DeBruyne are great deals, I hope German clubs keep raising their prices for the English in the future even more.

It's up to the clubs to spend it well, and there is talent out there. Brand was on his way to overtaking Son anyway, so it's not like Leverkusen are loosing too much on that end.

What worries me is the loss of "marketing" potential with all these recognizable players leaving. Son was important to sell the league in Asia for example, can that be made up? I don't know. I was very pleased though that German clubs finally started to do international tours this summer. Long may it continue.

Rumor is that Kevin Kampl wants to join Leverkusen from Dortmund, to join up with his old pal Roger Schmidt.

It would be wise for us to sell him. He's struggling in Dortmund and can't find his game. Schmidt knows Kampl from his days at Salzburg and he can maybe find a way to make him play better. I hope the deal happens.

Great piece of business. I suppose than that Kuba stays at Dortmund, Hoffman gets the chance he deserves because he always plays well for them, and Passlack/Dudziak get an off chance to play a few minutes with the senior team.

It's not the fault of English clubs if Sky dumps a mountain of money on the Premier league every year.

Not gonna deny that, no, but the fans are getting unbearably hypocritical.

I knew it! I have asked myself why he hasn't left Salzburg last summer, but now it's done. Schmidt couldn't resist to bring Kampl and Soriano.

Smart business; next to no risk they won't fit in.
