Huh, is this the first team to have a japanese and a korean player at once then?

Can't imagine that being a comfortable first training session. :|

I've seen some games in the preseason and they look awfully bad. Now they don't have Tuchel to make some miracles and their squad is pretty poor starting with a very mediocre GK. It's probably too soon yet, but I can see them relegating this season

They defended like some amateur guys today against Chemnitzer and they were kicked out of the DFB Pokal in the penalty shootout after a crazy 5-5 game match.

Here are only the goals. The last one was just :o  =D>

It's a pity that they didn't include the two clear goal chances missed by Okazaki :)

They've just signed Jairo Sampeiro from Sevilla. That's a great transfer for them.

This is true. He failed his medicals the first time. Then he passed them a few days later

So they were eliminated by some random mediocre Greek team in the Europa League and then in the final days of August they suddenly make a really strong squad with Jairo, Hofmann, Wollscheid and Allagui among others

Jairo, Hofmann and Wollscheid came on loan, so they will leave at the end of the season. Mainz will play Europa League next year and will be eliminated by another random mediocre European team in the first round of the Europa League once again :coffee:
