They seem to be in good form...
My brother is a fan of Cologne (don't flame me, don't know what went wrong there :P :D) and I will be in AA with him October 24th... Really looking forward to it (also, he lives in Berlin now and I don't see him too often...)

That's cool. I'm gonna go to Koln from the 4th of November to the 6th of November not to see FC Koln play sadly, but I aim to get myself an FC Koln shirt. I'm gonna go there and watch TV Total for my birthday present from my partner (A German TV show for those that don't know) Yes I love this team a lot along with the place as well.

So you speak German? Your partner from around here?
If they DO have a home game and you need tickets - he's a member, I could ask him, maybe he could pull some strings...

A little bit. In learning process at the moment with the language. Yes, she lives in Northeim which is ten minutes away from Gottingen and an hour away from Hannover.

Well, his last "Schlag den Raab" is Dec 19th, usually it's the last show in the calendar year, so it should be around Dec 17th... Maybe he'll do the New Year's Eve special one last time but I doubt it...
Gotta say though, except the occasional "Schlag den Raab" I haven't been following him much lately... He used to be funnier when only airing once a week... Long time ago... German TV has really gone down the drain - if that was at all possible... :P :D

Nah it doesn't :D
He came up with it when watching an old lady play with her dog in the park... He retrieved the ball and the she said "Wadde hadde du de da?" - meaning "what heve you there?" in a kind of baby speech...

Boy... This has nothing to do with 1.FC Köln... This time it was not (only) my fault! :P :D

I'm with Lukas... Raab was a big help for me learning German :) my wife also said that he was better and funnier in the past - sometimes we watch "Raab in Gefahr" clips on youtube, and they're hilarious :-D since i've started watching in 2011, i tend to only watch his monologue at the beginning of TV Total... the interviews never really interested me. it's funny that you can tell when he is interested in a guest, and when he's not ;)

Lol. Don't shoot the messenger. A friend from Cologne who first showed me his stuff said it was Kölsch! I'll be having words

I think it has a lot to do with them as he's one of their most famous fans. Otherwise I find them a pretty boring club

Raabigramm was also great :P

So, besides my being fascinated with American culture and the US in general and my love for the English language Mr Raab seems to be for native English learners of German what "FRIENDS" was to me... Interesting... Proves my theory that comedy is an important factor in language learning...

Yes Stefan Raab does support FC Koln as he's mentioned it a few times on his show and it lead to me supporting them cos of him. Still a great team and the place is just lovely to visit. Sadly yes he is retiring from doing TV stuff this year and it breaks my heart cos I've been a fan of him for five years, but the best thing is I went to the Bundesvision Song Contest last year and now I'm seeing TV Total this year in November for my birthday (5th November for those who want to know) so yeah it's the best birthday present I ever received from anybody.

Yeah I pretty much say Stefan did help me learn German a bit along with my partner too, but he also helped me discover Germany from the music side of things as well with different artists and other talented comedians and like scientists and people that won many things in the country that I wouldn't even know about in my country. Sorry for going off topic, but I'm just excited to see his TV Total show for my birthday.
