The only minus I give Ancelotti is poor success on domestic plan. He did win Serie A, Premier League and Ligue 1, but so many years commanding one of the best AC Milan generations and just one Serie A(2003/2004) and one Coppa Italia(2002/2003) in the whole decade with that club. Way too little in period between 2002-2009.
He couldn't win French league in his first season despite having the best team while he failed to conquer Primera in two seasons although he missed his chance in 2013/2014.

That's the only reason why I'm reserved with Ancelotti's name.

He wouldn't have a problem with that here, Pep is leaving because BuLi isn't competitive enough. :P
That's his fault and the loss to Liverpool otherwise he'd have set himself as undoubtedly the best coach ever.
Making the league more competitive by hiring Ancelotti, that's another positive thing right? :P

League may become competitive, but that won't worth on continental level. More like cosmetic changes which might give Tuchel an opportunity to find himself beyond FC Bayern on Bundesliga table. :)

We just want to remain a constant among the world's top 3 teams and that's it. It's not easy... In the past it used to be a problem with players, chemistry and depth while today there is so much money where you can take and buy anyone you want but you can't easily choose the leader of the team. Tough life... :)

What does team hierarchy have to do with Ancelotti?

Pep did an amazing sacrifice by learning German language, I don’t know if Ancelloti can learn quickly this tough language, so one of the main problem Bayern will face next season, considering we sign Ancelloti, is the lack of communication, no matter how many translator he will have, the communication will be a barrier.

So, my option is to resign Pep, because seems that we aren’t seen yet the best of Pep. Last season he cant reach to our expective because the lost of many important players, that deny his Bayern to play at best possible, and important injuries keep bothering his work.

My second option is to sign Roger Schmidt. He is a good german coach and can give continue to our offensive philosophy, in contrast Ancelloti is a doubt, because he could change the phylosophy of play of this team, and could destroy the years of works that great past coaches achieved.
Super-Bayern! Super-Bayern! Hey! Hey!

You have a valid point. However ancelotti never played with the bus.
His Real was somewhat similar to Jupp's Bayern. Quick trans from df to att...

My concern is also the language barrier between Ancelotti and the german players.

We have as many Spanish speaking as German speaking soon, and if Ancelotti knows Spanish (which he probably does) there won't really be a problem, also our players know english aswell..

It has. Hierarchy is the most crucial thing in football, a fundamental of every successful team over the past 50-60 years.

The first part was referring on Ancelotti, while the second one was in general and may be the one of the reasons why are people skeptical about choosing the right coach for a team. In Bayern's case Ancelotti, Favre, Weinzierl, etc.

Today almost every detail must fit to remain where you are/were.

Carlo Ancelotti tips Roma for the Scudetto, PSG for the Champions League, Manchester City the Premier League and France at Euro 2016.

The tactician is taking a year off after he was sacked by Real Madrid and spoke to La Gazzetta dello Sport about the current football scene.

“Bayern Munich will win the Bundesliga with their hands still in their pockets. I must admit I don’t enjoy Bayern’s games, as there’s so little competition.

“Pep Guardiola is the best Coach out there today, though. He teaches football, makes himself understood and wins.”

I like ancelotti but that's a bit stupid: PSG for CL? They're good, but not THAT good

Last year he said that he fears Juve more than us... and it sounded funny at the time.

ottackon wrote:“Pep Guardiola is the best Coach out there today, though. He teaches football, makes himself understood and wins.”

But last year he thought that Allegri's Juve is stronger than Pep's Bayern... same this year, Blanc's PSG > Pep's Bayern... not to mention the year that he thrashed Pep's Bayern like no other.
He has nothing against seeing Pep in Munich again as it seems.

They are probably the 4th strongest squad out there. Much stronger than any English team.

I have the same feeling... France for euro16. PSG or ManC for the champs league.
Serie A. I bet on Napoli
