Not going to get my hopes too high about the quality of the streaming. But if it does actually stream in HD without lag or interruption and I can subsequently distinguish Müller from Lewandowski, I will be very happy

It is a paid service with supposed HD quality. I guess you can keep your hopes up. :)

That's great news! It's been annoying, to say the least, to watch crappy Bayern streams since we've moved to the US

This is the last season until Fox picks up the BuLi viewing rights so push through it. :P

I hope that Fox treats the Bundesliga as well as NBC has handled the Premier League. I've heard that they've really been sub-par in the past, but hopefully they can learn something from NBC's success

To be honest as long as anyone but GolTV shows the Bundesliga I will be happy. Fox alone should open the Bundesliga to a larger American audience than GolTV has done so far.

GolTV is so terrible... when I moved back to the US, I read that they had the BuLi rights. I thought "oh great, I still get to watch!"... yeah, those happy thoughts were lost pretty quickly when I realized no one broadcasts GolTV.

I'm lucky with Eurosport 2 and my "cable" provider offers all CL games live, so I'm set. The one problem I have is a team from Slovenia (Maribor) qualified to CL group stages for only the second time in history and after 15 years and they play their matches on the same days as Bayern. I don't watch slovene football otherwise but this is a big deal, so I'm torn.

Genius!
....too bad it's not so simple....no Fox in Canada (where I live and anywhere else here as far as I know)
Thanks for the effort but the question still stands...

What else do you expect people to say except if you can get it, you can watch, if not, you can't. You could also try those streams on their site, then you pay per game..

Just so we are clear, you are asking if fox is buying all North American rights to broadcast the bundesliga, even though it does not distribute to Canada?

If so, you all should have joined us in 1812 when you had the chance 8)

If not I'm confused is this a trick question? :-k
