Low picks Kroos over Ozil for FIFA award [source]

"Toni has consistently been playing at a very high level this year, won the Champions League with Real Madrid and has performed incredibly well with the national team," Low told Bild.
"You can always rely on him and that was reason enough for me to vote for him.
"I voted for Kroos, Ozil and Manuel Neuer, in that order."

Because they remember him being great, then he moved to France, and since then a lot of people don't watch him play in the league anymore so they base their ratings on the last performances they saw from him.

This should serve as additional motivation to our players to start giving 7ups for free to FIFA pets.

Thiago Silva wasted his career in France but it's more like AC Milan's fault.

Meh... I mean, I like that he doesn't follow the trend, but his vote doesn't exactly make sense.
