BR - Making a Mia San Mia Future: Bayern Munich's Youth Revolution [source]

One in the comment section that ramsej84 would agree with...

The only thing that the Bayern youth need to be indoctrinated with is RUTHLESS AGGRESSION is the key to success in this business.

What's with the hashtag? Took me an extra second to remember that RBS isn't the Royal Bank of Scotland.

You're not the only one who has a problem with these hashtags but I'm starting to learn... Red Bull Salzburg, they're doing a great job with the youth.

It's not a choice you can take easily. They need to think a lot on who will run this new academy.

Red Bull Salzsburg ? Which young player from there ? (I don't talk about the one bought for 1M€ or 5M€).

The best choice is, imo, the one from Schalke.
Bayern 3-3-3-1 build-up under Heynckes :

RBL/RBS... have a good eye for talent. It's Hoeness who's pulling the strings so you shouldn't worry.

To have a good eye for talent, ok why not.

To form them in a good way is another story

By forming I mean make them grow up as player between 10 and 18 years old.

Then yes : Neuer, Özil, Kolosinac, Meyer, Draxler, Höwedes and maybe Advijaj in the future.

I think at 18 years old they have the potential to be professional players in Schalke. Not the case in Munich anymore.

I think finding the talent is 70% of the job.
