I completely agree, the fact that theres usually no media raving about Bayern makes it special to be a fan, it makes it unique. With United, Barca and Madrid, people support them because it's some social expectation, they're a big name that goes along well with one's quest to seem like a well rounded individual who likes sports. With Bayern, we're not mainstream, so we don't have too many glory hunters and fanboys/girls. We support Bayern not because we have Ronaldo or Messi, not because we think Gomez is hot (with the exception of MUTU) and not because our friends do it. We support Bayern because we love its culture, its legacy, its history, its playing style and its players and legends. When I wet to school on April 26 last year wearing my Bayern shirt and wrapped in my flag, people thought it was strange that I wasn't supporting Real and that I was so passionate about an "alien" team. Honestly, I love it this way, more media coverage would slowly transform us into any of the aforementioned teams by adding the fanboys. We're a cut above the rest. We're Bavarians!

From official FB page:

Might Munich be a EURO 2020 host city? Maybe! The State of Bavaria, the City of Munich and FC Bayern have announced a bid to the German FA (DFB) for the Allianz Arena to host European Championship matches.

I'd say it has a very good chance of being one of them.

I've been in the Olympiastadion in Berlin for a World Cup game and it was absolutely incredible.

It is the spirit of the team that is more important, its mentality and stability, which can be only built in many years time

What an amateurish article, but then again, it is the Mirror.

True, but people here were complaining that the British don't give us the attention we deserve.

So I have been thinking that we did prepare a set of questions for Rafinha's interview some time back.
MUTU or other admins : Was the interview conducted or Rafinha gave us  ?
Also, if possible can we arrange another interview? I say Dante. (Marti just gave a detailed interview in media.)

After he personally gave me the go ahead to contact his PR guy (manager?), this guy basically just played with me. I lost count on the number of reminders I sent him (over 10) and occasionally he came back asking for the questions again.

Unfortunately, the same guy also represents Dante, so I'm not even going to bother again.

A nice and informative article about the current best defenders in Europe. Not surprisingly, our very own Lahm, Dante, and Alaba are joined with the Juve backline as the best out there.
