This is an excellent position for FC Bayern, considering how very few players are ever loaned out. We never have the same total amount of players as do most of the clubs in this list.

It's certainly great recognition. It makes sense if teams invested in youth than buying talent elsewhere for inflated prices.

I'm surprised to see United so high up on that list. The only self-grown youth in their team, barring Scholes and Giggs, are Cleverly and Welbeck.

They bought cleverly in.

Well then, that leaves Welbeck along with Scholes and Giggs. Maybe they get points for people like Shawcross, who succeeded somewhere else?

They're including homegrown players who are playing in different clubs. That is why United is high up there.

Sammer is planning a huge structure Change

Professionals , Amateurs and Youth Teams practice in Harlaching and also 14 young players (15-18 years old) live there

1-Sammer wants to Move the Dorm of Those Kids close to the Olympiapark & they will Get School and Sports Lessons there instead of going to a normal schools that cooperate with FC Bayern Munich

2-Sammer also wants to change the Bayern Property in Säbener Straße to a Pure professional property

he wants to add an Altitude chamber endurance room or A Cold room for regeneration , but those will only have place when the "Dorms" of the young players are moved out

Well, Sammer (unlike Nerlinger) does have a lot of experience both developing German youth AND managing a professional football team. Again, like I said in the summer, getting Sammer might be the best move the board's done in years. We've already seen a change in the body language of the players, but I think the real fruits of his work will become apparent over a longer period.
The ideal team

Club captain Philipp Lahm was asked to determine the size of the fine and collect the money, Bild reported.

  Poor Lahm. He just got himself the weirdest and vaguest fine to determine.
