Re: Bayern München's Miscellaneous

After reading the article I've come to think that Schweinsteiger will find it very hard to retrieve his old form :( If we don't hurry up with the current transfer window for a reliable midfielder we might be having problems this season.

TBH, (This may seem a bit off topic and a bit late), but I've recently watched again the Bayern vs Madrid match on Allianz Arena, and particularly noticed that it was Schweinsteiger losing the ball most of the times on the pitch and was the one that cost us the 1-1 score when it slipped from him/handed madrid a counter-attack

Anyhow, the window is not over yet and one can only remain hopeful for the coming weeks with Sammer ! :)

Yeah, he's quite good. I like reading his stuff. Far superior than Clark Whitney on goal.com.

Whitney's been planted by Klopp and BVB fan association (mainly the latter) to spread propoganda against Bayern judging by his writing.

Whitney writes very good articles as long as Bayern or Dortmund aren't involved.

I hardly see articles involving teams other than Bayern and BVB.

That is very true especially in the past season. You do find some sometimes though. For example as a preview to Dortmund-Schalke last season, he wrote an interesting article about the top talents coming out of the Ruhr area in recent years.

Don Jupp: We've put last season behind us once and for all
Looks promising, but we'll have to see how next season plays out for us in general.

^ I don't like these comments, because they usually tend to rise after actually thinking about last season :P

I just found out that a Maltese midfielder in women's football is on trial with Bayern's female team. =D>

So far this season, Bayern are the team with the best pass success rate in Europe's top 5 leagues. =D>

Swansea up there at #3!
