Hot or warm? Daily temperature cca 18-20°C degrees is an ideal for playing matches and I guess it is the same for training sessions.

In Brazil is summer now. Morning temperatures are around 21°C, daily around 32°C, very hot. Humidity between 75% and 95%.

But they should think about South America, too. After all there exists a German community in the southern part of Brazil.

I guess in Southern Florida it isn't as bad as I thought, mid 60's to low 70's. In Northern Florida it's still a bit chilly, mid 50's to 60's.

I know it's not - but it's about the same latitude as Qatar... Meaning there's little to no fifference...

As for SA... I think that's too much of a commute for a camp that lasts for 10-14 days max...

Bayern München's Miscellaneous

That's bullshit. Just because it's on the same latitude doesn't mean the weather is the same. Does everyone on the same latitude as Taiwan get monsoons?

No not the same, but somehow similar... Monsoon is different altogether, since we were only talking about warmth I was not focusing on phenomena like that... Also, the forecast is not that different for Doha/Miami...

Whatever... We both know the main reason for Qatar, don't we? ;)

Orlando even ranges from 16-23 all next week. Doha is consistently 21-24. I'm just informing you since you are a history teacher that weather is a little more complicated.

Yes. I'm guessing Bayern is receiving some kind of compensation or kickback for going. And I don't care.

ECA, Rummenigge: "I do not exclude an European League with the top clubs of the continent"

"A championship over the Champions League with the biggest of Italy, France, Germany, England and Spain"

An European League with the great squads of the major continental clubs. The idea has been there for quite some time: in Italy Silvio Berlusconi brought it up almost thirty years ago, recently started up again and revived several times by Aurelio De Laurentiis. Today, with the voice of Karl Heinz Rummenigge, it has made a strong comeback. Another strong voice, a very strong one, as the number one of Bayern Munich, he is also the president of ECA, the association that brings together the leading European clubs. "I do not exclude an European League under the umbrella of UEFA or private - he said during a conference at Bocconi University in Milan on Financial Fair Play - with twenty teams, the 'bigs' of England, Spain, Italy, Germany and France, perhaps with a few games in America and Asia. Because as the president Agnelli said, revenues are limited. I do not know if it's okay to football, I do not know if the fans like it, but maybe in the future a few games will also be played in America and Asia. I do not rule it out."

To sum up, something more than a hypothesis. "I see that in the five major European championships the 'bigs' get stronger and stronger," continued Rummenigge. "In Italy there is Juve, I hope you come back my darling Inter and then maybe Milan. In Germany it's Bayern, now the comeback of Borussia Dortmund, and we hope that Wolfsburg can do the third. In Spain there are Barcelona and Real, England 4 or 5 'bigs'. It's emerging a league beyond the Champions League, made up of the 'big' Italian, German, English, Spanish and French, maybe 20 teams."

KALLE: "ANCELOTTI? DIDN'T GIVE ME A SHOPPING LIST"

Kalle Rummenigge then stayed to talk about the future of his Bayern, starting from their announced future tactician: "Ancelotti? I have not seen him yet, he's in Canada or America. I spoke to him but he did not send me a list for the summer transfer market. We have a good team, and we know that he knows it too. His German? He's learning: he has a teacher here in Milan and one in Canada. When he arrives in July, he will know how to speak already."

Rummenigge: "Juve? NO FEAR BUT RESPECT"

From the more distant future to the closest: the round of the Champions League against Juventus: "It was a draw that could have gone better for us and for them," said Rummenigge side by side with Juventus president Andrea Agnelli. "It is too early for two bigs to meet. Too bad that one of the two will have to leave. It will be a difficult and complicated tie. We follow Juve from the draw and it's on a good track. Fear? No, but great respect. After a bad start, they recovered very well. Dybala? It's a high level player, I'm not surprised. A great buy even Mandzukic, our former".

I know... ;)

But basically you can claim that close to the equator it tends to be definitely warmer ;) (also, that's not history :P)
But you're right, I gotta be more precise in my writing - been a while since college... #-o

well, I care wrt Bayern's image and the violation of basic human rights over there... I know it's not soccer related, but it's also nothing to be proud of... There actually IS dirty money, and I don't think we're in DIRE need of it...
