1) Bayern
2) Juventus
3) Dortmund
4) Atlético Madrid
5) Southampton

Juve's management has really stepped up their game since the calciopoli scandal, and have by far the best management in Italy. Dortmund are good seconds to Bayern in a league full of mismanaged clubs. Atlético is probably the best managed club in Spain at the moment and will be for quite some time. In England there's currently no other club as well managed as Southampton considering their resources.

West Ham is in London, has a 40000 seater stadium and has been a distant fourth from Tottenhanm, Arsenal and Chelsea. They do have a good youth program though.

But I'd say Bayern is pretty good.

Well, one of London's biggest club, with a huge fan-base, a lot of money... Yet, they haven't win any big title for 15 years and fail to impress in Europe.

Honestly, during a season where Leicester won the EPL, I don't think any of the big English clubs could be considered in the top 5.

To be fair, Arsenal is well managed, has no debts, plays beautiful football and deserves respect but the truth is that they could do better.

well i put them in my top 5 but after the last month or so i realized that they are not.all of the fans are fighting with each other and with the managment, the banners, the protests,if this was well runned the club should've fixed these problems but no instead we see the manager blaming the fans.
