One of the best football weekends ever in Croatian football since the independence! Results are absolute madness! So many goals and fantastic performances. :P =P~ =P~ =P~ =P~ =P~

Friday

NK Lokomotiva - Cibalia 4:0

Saturday

NK Istra 1961 - Inter Zaprešić 4:1

Hajduk - Slaven Belupo 4:0

Sunday

NK Osijek - RNK Split 3:0

NK Rijeka - Dinamo Zagreb 5:2

Image

Dinamo(North Croatia) and Hajduk(South) behind Rijeka(West) and Osijek(East).

We won today against RNK Split, tough match but everything became so easy after we broke the deadlock. :)

Very interesting... Never heard for this guy(no wonder when I didn't watch or follow Croatian football over the last 3-4 years). Born in Varaždin, from Zaprešić to Palermo. Not bad for a 20-year-old GK.

Tomorrow great battle in Osijek. Istra are in really great shape, their Russian owner brought some new people in the club this year and he wants to make of them a very competitive team. They scored 10 goals in the last 2-3 matches.

Rijeka, Osijek and now this with Istra if it's true, then Dinamo are going to have a big trouble what everyone makes happy after the 10 consecutive titles in Croatia.
The other institution, Hajduk, well... They keep hope that their street(literally guided by bunch of idiots called 'fans') is going to make a great moves and discover talents, bring great players and profit in both football and financial view.

I see my club for the first time ever has created an online shop(we have never had a club store in the city  ), so I can finally order at least the original printed kit. Finally some GOOD changes are happening here. :)

Very sad, but Klasnić is a very positive person and a fighter who easily shows his smile on the face despite he needs 3 times a week to go to the dialysis. =D>

Yesterday he showed up in Split where he was hanging out with the members of the BMW motorclub Dalmacija. [source]

In Germany he needs to wait cca 7 years on transplantation while in Croatia he could get the kidney in less than a year. Namely, Croatian government plans to change the transplantation laws for Croatian nationals who live outside of Croatia who don't have a right to participate in the waiting list for an organ transplantation.

I see a lot of people in different comment sections offering to donate one of their kidneys to him... :? I would do that only for my family.

Brave and generous Croatian people. Right now I'd do it just in case like you said. My heart hasn't become that soft, open and big. :?

I've never voluntarily donated the blood in my life. But I should really think about decision to do it. I mean, it's not about some fear of needles/pins or something like that, it's about my conscience.

Despite the catastrophic football where there is no attacking ideas at all and a very unconvincing defense, NK Osijek are still able to win and hold the 3rd place. :) The dream of playing in the European competitions next season is becoming a reality weekend after weekend.

This weekend we are playing against Dinamo at Gradski Vrt and hope we can take something from this game, at least 1 point. :)

IMO he made the wrong choice.
On the plus side he may be spotted by a bigger club... I think by moving to Cro he will improve these chanses
