I dunno, being on the end of a Droggers-inflicted cup loss isn't that funny any more. :|

I dont think you understand the term "midtable" club their is nothing subjective about it. Its almost like the law of nature, let me use a different term. Spurs are a second tier club like a Schalke, Roma, Atletico Madrid, or Ajax. These clubs may have good players and sometimes extremely talented players but they will always be a small fish in a big pond. Saying they would be able to finish third in the BuLi justifies the term. They will never reach the true heights of success a club like R.Madrid or Bayern Munich. Thats why ppl use the term "midtable" club cause just like a midtable club they will never actually win anything. I hope you understand this...

For leagues like the Eredivise, Portuguese Liga, Russian Liga, or Ligue 1 are the type of leagues were your considered a second tier club. If you dont play in the top 3/4 leagues ur club is definitely considered second tier in my opinion because those are the leagues most of the world class players are movin into. Tbh this is sumthin u dont even have to explain its just the way things are, maybe their is someone else on this forum who can clarify....

Clarify what. I said ajax are a middle tier club my other point referred to my earlier post about tottenham finishing third in the bundesliga which i presume you consider one of the top leagues?

Leverkusen can finish third too but it doesnt make them anymore than a second tier club. Neither of those clubs have any history of winning trophies or being really successful for the most part so that doesnt really help their case. For clubs like these to reach new heights they need a massive cash injection or they wont be able to retain or attract world class talent....

Not much but wallow in your own filth with no shoes, no beer, no bacon, no fun, and a distinct hate for everyone. Might as well get in on the football a bit!

wow guess Spanish strikers are tired of Messi being the top scorer and just moved to EPL. If Ronaldo really moved to United we know his reasons.
