Unless I'm missing something, Seluk is being a childish idiot. For example, City are the ones who should apologise to Pellegrini.

so does Pep have to apologize because he said 6 months prior to going to City that he was going to City.He also couldve asked City not to say anyhting until Pellegrini leaves.

Lol I don't know how many of you have worked in any sort of professional environment before, but say if you're hired by a company to replace someone, do you actually **** apologise to that person? Are you joking?

LvG took it personally and didn't hide his displeasure when Mou was announced... Pep did no different.

And why should LvG be pissed at Mourinho and not at United? Seriously I can't comprehend how somebody could think that way.

LvG is pissed at both... Mou was his friend and 'pupil'... Mou and MUFC have been in talks behind his back a long time before he knew, he was stabbed in the back.

On what basis do Mourinho or Pep have any sort of obligation to NOT "backstab" the people they're replacing?

I wonder how would they feel if they were backstabbed in the same way... that's why they shouldn't go in negotiations with clubs that already have managers and them being not informed. Granddad stabbers.

'Don't do unto others what you don't want others to do unto you.'

Karma will hit them sooner or later.

It's the clubs' fault for negotiating with someone before firing the current employee or not extending his contract.

Let's take a banal example...
A girl who you know is married to one of your friends(not necessarily) is about to cheat, what you're going to do? Take advantage? It was her who wanted it but when your friend finds out he will most likely be pissed off at both of you anyway.
