Go to a few aways around Yorkshire (not this season though as they're all in the lower leagues :P ) and London to tie in with seeing family. Going to see us play The Arse tomorrow. My first game of the season as I used the "it;s on TV" excuse for the first two.

Phelan really should get the job full time but for the farce surrounding the owners and the alleged "sale". My worry is another club sacking their manager and seeing him as an easy target as they can offer him a proper contract.

It is nice to give support to one' own city.

by the way the blue bast#@&s are back into it.

on another note did you read what big Sam had to say on The three lions next match?:lol:
I 've posted it yest or the day before in this same thread.
Before the same match the FA will present our FA the second FA Trophy in 80 or so years.

The 10-0 thing? I imagine it's caused quite a stir in Malta. I don't think many fans will give a crap what happens tbh, apart from the die hard England fans, who are decreasing with every major tournament disaster. Most people will be waiting for club football to start again.

in the '71 (I think) they came here thinking of a goleada and called our tm a bunch of waiters.
This irritated the whole pop which was still under the English Monarchy.
During the game the Maltese chanted "We are the waiters you are the B"
The game ended 0-1 for the visiting tm. But our boys played a fantastic match before one of the biggest crowds in history.
It has to be said tht the game was played on hard surface pitch. However the Eng coach dismissed such excuses and was very angry for his tm and praised our boys a lot

No offence or patronisation intended, but I feel it will be one of those games where it means far more to the "smaller" team, although England have more to lose.

Conte’s last home defeat was on April 10, 2013 against Bayern Munich in the Champions League quarter-finals. (2-0)

Amazing what Klopp is acheiving with an average team. I rate him at the moment as the best coach out there.

But wow in that game like with the first goal, 4 unmarked players. EPL looks really undisciplined.
Statistics are like miniskirts . What they reveal is tantalizing, but what they hide is crucial.

The problem with him remains the same, his inability to outplay and beat inferior teams on regular basis.

It's quite puzzling. If he were able to beat the smaller teams on a consistent basis I'm sure he would win the EPL and establish himself as a top 3 coach in the world.

Watford boss Walter Mazzarri: "If I had to choose between Roberto Pereyra and Paul Pogba, I’d pick Pereyra."

We just keep getting better and better. Great win and what a player Kevin De Bruyne is.
