The title race will be between City, Tottenham, and Chelsea. Man United will be there if Mourinho spends big.

It's harder to predict Leicester's position. :)

Mourinho is definitely spending big. There is no way he is going to take charge of that sorry excuse for a Manchester United squad without guarantees that he can change it, especially knowing for 6 months that Pep is going to City.

It's going to be down to City or United.

I'd place my bet on City winning it. With Pep arriving, they'll probably end up with the best squad in EPL (they already are now) and a great manager to lead them to the title. United will need a complete squad overhaul (Fellaini :| ) and a transition period if they are going to compete. Arsenal would need more than Xhaka (and Wenger) to win the thing. Tottenham and Liverpool would be interesting, but I guess there'll be a gap of squad talent between them and the Manchester clubs. Chelsea, I hope they get relegated.

City and Chelsea are the two teams with a good squad and coach, currently.

Pep does not agree with you as he said that there are only eight players from the current squad who will make it.

Did he actually said that? Not that I would be surprised... since December (and before) I've been saying that that squad is sh!t and he would have to pull a complete makeover on it.

8 is still good compared to what other English teams have, which is 0.

Apparently Fernandinho, KDB and Kun would be the only survivors. As a City fan, I wouldn't be too upset. Our squad is aging and we really need a revamp. Half of our team simply aren't good enough.

He's been our best player this season. Fantastic player with a great engine that is so underrated.

We're back....

Tbh I'm relieved more than anything. It's always nice to go up and I'm looking forward to another crack at the "Best league in the world" but the general consensus was that we'd have been in deep shit if we hadn't gone straight back up. Most of our players would have left and we wouldn't have had the money for good quality replacements. That has now been avoided. Should have gone up automatically with our squad but thankfully we made the most of our second chance.

We're coming for you Pep
