I'm old enough to remember when they were dominant and their fans were even worse that Man U's in more recent times. Then again I don't particularly like any of the top teams and would like someone like Everton or Spurs to win the league, but that's never going to happen. Hope Everton get fourth though. I suppose Liverpool have played some great football without spending a huge amount so I wouldn't begrudge their players if they won it, but I'd have to cover my ears for a while because without fail there would be a Liverpool fan wanting to tell me how great they are every time I go to the pub or walk my dog in the park

Last time Liverpool won the English title wasn't yet named Premiership in fact one of the jokes says '' which ship never made it to Liverpool?'' -
the answer is - the Premiership.

In the meantime they've won the Champs league, the Uefa Cuap, FA Cup, League Cup and the European Super Cup and not sure whether they've also claimed the World Cup too.

The deserve to win it and I would be more then happy for them. Liverpool fans are the best supporters.

Yes I remember 3-2 I think, Heskey and Jancker were on the score-sheet, right?

Everton just completely dismantled Arsenal, won 3:0 at home. They are now 1 point behind Arsenal with a game in hand, though they do have harder games than Arsenal.

They are just a lovely side to watch under Martinez, pales in comparison to previous years under Moyes. Arsenal on the other hand are just a shambles right now. Lacking pace or determination. Wenger can't take them further than that, he is just not offering anything different at Arsenal right now and a change of scenery might not be a bad idea for them.

I thought Everton were playing somewhat similar to us last season. Both possession and quick breaks when the situation called for it.
