For us it is, but they choose to focus on the business side. Jews have traditionally been associated with business, being excellent merchants and money-makers. This is why they are being labelled as greedy. Al Qaeda is looking at it just the same as they would if they were selling, for instance, a car.

I don't mean this as disrespect towards Jews (or Muslims) in any way (one of my best friends is half-Jewish and her father is one of the most prominent Jews here in Malta), but such a comment is to be expected from an extremist group. And let's face it, religious and racial issues aside, they really are being greedy.

Neither of those clubs have any history of winning trophies or being really successful for the most part so that doesnt really help their case. For clubs like these to reach new heights they need a massive cash injection or they wont be able to retain or attract world class talent....

Thats my point there mid tier not midtable

Business is business. Tottenham are one of the top 50 clubs in the world for sure, so they must be doing something right.

I am sure the fact that they could charge interest rates to non-jews whereas other religions historically prohibited this - even today - didn't help them dispel this stereotype. Hell, charging ANYTHING when you could theoretically ask for gratis loans from your fellow Christian or Islamic brother must have seen as one heck of an usurer sin (waaaaay) back in the day.

Now the point is: STOP STEREOTYPING FOR GOD'S SAKE!

Suarez claims a clause written into his contract that states he can leave liverpool if they didn't qualify for the champions league last season. Who knows he could be at Arsenal yet which would be a real boost for them.

I think i might take Suarez's side, if the club promised him he was allowed to leave of he stayed another year then they should adhere to that promise.....

As much as I don't like the guy, it must really blow for him to see Ajax in the CL every season while Liverpool never qualifies. It ended up not being much of an upgrade for him to switch from Ajax to Liverpool!

Chelsea parked the London bus against Real Madrid. Madrid wins 3-1. Hope we beat them too.

So Bernard snubs the EPL (specifically Tottenham) as well. Has the EPL become unattractive?
