Ter Stegen only shines when facing Bayern otherwise he is a clown between the sticks

To be fair, Bravo is much more consistent than ter Stegen. The latter can sometimes come up with brilliant performances, but he's still very error-prone. If Barca are planning for him long-term, he should be their starter at all times in order to develop and get rid of hiccups. Otherwise, Bravo is the safer choice.

If he decides to leave Barca it would be awesome if Ter Stegen were to return to the Bundesliga, preferably Dortmund  Then they would be a VERY serious competitor also in Europe. Bürki really isn't that great.

But he will probably be lured to the Premier League by some big money offer...

He has a 80M release clause and Barca doesn't want to sell him for less...

Yeah, exactly. He needs play time. Bravo is indeed the safer choice, but if they let ter Stegen go, they'll soon need two keepers as Bravo isn't getting any younger (and he was somewhat inconsistent towards the end of the season as well). Money doesn't yet seem to be a problem for them though, so whatever. They can cope with either scenario.
