Heh, El Gordo out, Zidane in. However, he won't change anything at Real Madrid.

Real had completely lost its path in the 21st century before it became a hated club. If Capello, Mourinho and Ancelotti couldn't fix things at Real, I'm not sure that Zidane will fix them, either. I'd like to succeed, but the environment and clima around the club has been sick for the last 14 years.

All Real Madrid coaches during Perez' era

1. VICENTE DEL BOSQUE (2000.-2003.)
2. CARLOS QUEIROZ. (2003/2004.)
3. JOSÉ ANTONIO CAMACHO (2004. - 20. rujna 2004.)
4. MARIANO GARCÍA REMÓN (od 20. rujna do 30. prosinca 2004.)
5. VANDERLEI LUXEMBURGO (od 30. prosinca 2004. do 4. prosinca 2005.)
6. JUAN RAMÓN LÓPEZ CARO (od 4. prosinca 2005. do lipnja 2006.)
7. MANUEL PELLEGRINI (2009/2010.)
8. JOSÉ MOURINHO (2010/2013.)
9. CARLO ANCELOTTI (2013/2015. )
10. BENÍTEZ (2015/2016.)
11. ZIDANE (2016. - )
Cada loco con su tema.

I think Zidane is the only person in the world bigger than Ronaldo in Madridista mind's. He is the one coach that can actually exert authority over him.

I really pitty Rafa...he is one of few remaining good men in this sport.
He suffered the same or worse at inter...
I have a feeling that he will make a return to the EPL maybe taking over a tm who is fighting relegation.

I don't think you can find many people out there who do not like Zizou. It's too bad he's attached to Real Madrid. However, I do have a feeling that this post has come a bit early for him, so he's taking a big step here in my opinion.

“It’s a demented decision, insane. He’s a manager with zero experience, living off his fame as a player.”

Hitzfeld added that Zidane “hasn’t done anything as a coach and now has to manage the biggest players in the world”.

I think that translation is a little harsh - if it is in fact that SSNHD Germany quote I also heard...

Also, they're not so big, most of htem are actually quite slim... 8) 8) 8)
Thanks for nothing, :pep: !!

Demented is actually having spent all those years without a manager, executive or president who didn't sweat the shirt or felt the club in his heart and not his wallet.

For the first time in a long time Madrid is finally in the hands of the sporting guys. Letting Casillas go without a proper transition into a management role was just one big example of the calamities of the current president.

I hope he does well. He and the club deserve better people at the helm.
