There's also a disallowed goal from Suarez. That was an amazing team play. There was also a handball inside the box when Messi took the last free kick that lead to Pedro's winning goal.

Basks are simply great! I neither watched Bayern season opener nor Sam Mames madness, but from what I've seen on websites, this is absolutely fantastic! =D> =D> =D>

The Basks shall win this Supercopa 2015. There's no way they are gonna let this lose after the previous lost Copa Del Rey final.

Someone (MUTU I think) mentioned something, can't remember in chat or in a post, about Neuer exaggerating his sweeping headers by diving ferociously most of the time, and that it is often unnecessary and he may take too long to get back up and cover.

Well, I think now we've seen why he does it.

And they were missing just a few key players. Imagine what could've happened if they were in the same situation than we were last season :P

Well, I think now we've seen why he does it.

That's just another example of Ter Stegen's catastrophic sense of judgement. I see people comparing this goal to the Stancovic goal Neuer conceded in 2011 but it's actually a completely different situation. Ter Stegen was under no pressure at all, the Bilbao attacker is nowhere near the ball, the Barca player is much closer. All he had to do is stay where he was and either let the Barca defender take care of it or take two steps back and pick the ball up. If he insists on clearing it with a header for showmanship, then on the right hand side there's a Barca man completely free. Of all the choices heading into the middle of a group of players half of whom are opponents is the dumbest decision. It's so annoying precisely because he has so much talent otherwise. But he ruins it all with these stupid and completely unnecessary ****, and lately I get the feeling it isn't getting better but worse.

I give him credit for trying to prove he's a contender to Neuer. Being in Barca must have added to that pressure.

But well, he ain't proven shit.

If the last few games are anything to go by, all it takes to down Barca is a couple of good crosses.
