Very good transfer for Atletico again. Was it by release clause? Don't release clauses have high tax in Spain? Does that mean the reported transfer fees via release clauses is still without tax?

EDIT: Just made a quick search and Atletico and Sociedad agreed to meet the release clause price but without the VAT.

Is it possible, financially I mean?

What about another striker? Who will be a partner to Mandžukić? Simeone likes to play 4-4-2.

According to Transfermarkt, they're still 19M£ positive. That doesn't necessarily reflect their true financial picture.

A bit young but they recently bought Angel Correa from Argentinian league.

It's so strange. They don't have money.

There is a rumour about Torres comes back

Carlo said yesterday that he doesn't need a 9. Falcao was a rumour created by ASs

That won't stop anyone from buying a player.

One, most transfer fees are not paid lump-sum. They don't exactly need to pay the money up front.
Two, they've done a third-party financing already with Falcao before, they can do that again.
Three, they just won La Liga and 2nd in CL, that's got to be a boost in income even if they are on the verge of bankruptcy.

This is not final yet, just between the clubs. Personal terms have not yet been reached.

This has been in the air for years... they are aided by the monarchy too... Hopefully the EU will finally do something for good

These problems are still from the period when Lorenzo Sanz was Real's president. We're talking about time when Jupp won Champions league with RM(1998).

For monarchy do you refer Juan Carlos and all these people? The first time I hear it :D The new king is supporter of Atleti, bad times for us are coming.

One thing sure state helps to Real Madrid and other teams is not force them to pay their debts

This whole fair play... pffff.. PSG is fined, sort off, not long after they buy Luiz for 50 mil... Now Real with Kroos, Rodriguez and maybe Falcao.. It's getting ridiculous..

This summer I believe Madrid will sell a couple of players to achieve the financial fair play. According to Marca cover PSG will pay Madrid 80 million € to Di Maria. If it's true with the sales of Morata and DiMa reach the purchases of Kroos and James. But first PSG must sell some player.
