Because that is just a bonus entry for the winners and is destined just to the clubs not to the leagues
For France and Czech see like that: they are the next in line for that spots (and France has as total of three teams allowed in UCL, with just two always guaranteed of group stages) so if the winners of cups have already another one, well the ones who they do not need came back to the teams who would have them without the bonus entries for UCL and UEL

Thing is, one association could technically have 2 CL finalists and 2 EL finalists and rather than having more representatives from that league, which seems clearly on top, one is added for France and Czech Republic instead.

I get what you are saying but the truth is that the amount of representatives from one country varies depends on the performance of said leagues in Europe. That's why Germany has 4 direct into the group stage and Malta has 0. The idea is that the strongest teams are added to the following season's Champions League.

Yes.

Hopefully, with the Champions League race going poorly for them(courtesy of Havetz and Brandt), RB Leipzig goes all out in the Europa League. I think that, if we can get Bayern, Dortmund(under better management), Schalke, Leverkusen, and RB Leipzig into the Champions League, we have a good chance of having 4 or even 5 teams in the round of 16.

Leipzig winning the Eur League... is this a joke or what?
If they come to face Madrid or Arsenal and probably even Lazio they won't even stand a chance

I think they actually have a decent chance against Arsenal because Arsenal seems to be very vulnerable to a high press. Against Atletico Madrid, not so much, although the clash of style might be interesting.

RB Leipzig defenders are CLOWNS

That's the only explanation for what's happening now. Especially that second goal.

What a joke. They gave away a 1-0 lead against Leverkusen in counters and set pieces and they are doing exactly the same today.

1-0 Leipzig, now 2-1 Marseille after 9 minutes. Carrying on where they left off against Neverkusen.

I was watching that game the other night and thinking that the signs for tonight we're not good.

Lol they disallowed the goal because of Mitroglou's foul on a defender

Their defending is atrocious, but that second goal was something beyond that. Like a bunch of amateurs playing a friendly game and not caring about defending

You mean the actual defenders are playing not their grandmas? Interesting.
