watching Fio v Roma 1-1 just now... Roma were awarded a penalty by the same ref who missed to see 2 killer fouls by vidal and another by pogba on Pisczek ...

Nah.. its just nice to see the Serie A struggle even more and ofcourse, seeing how the best league in the world is failing big time again this year in the CL ;) Getting even further away from the Italians and closing in even more on the BPL :D

I have a question... Now that who wins the Europa League has a direct place in the UCL 2015-16 as a prize(not sure if it starts; from the group phase or a round before) If a team finishes 2nd - 4th and goes to win the Eur league; what happens with the 4th or 5th placed team in the league ? Eg.VfL Wolfsburg

Europa League winners get a playoff spot in the Champions League next season. Only if the CL winner does not use that bonus spot as well (most common example is they qualify directly through their local league spots) they (EL winner last season) gets that bonus spot instead and goes straight to the group stage.

In principle, "A Europa League place is vacated when a team qualifies for both the Champions League and the Europa League, or qualifies for the Europa League by more than one method. When a place is vacated, it is redistributed within the national association . . . " using a set of rules.

Watching Roma v Fiorentina ... h.t 0-3:-o
Roma = an icecream left out in a Maltese summer afternoon!
By the way Fiorentina have a very strong (who knows how to score too) Basanta.

Everton pull one back, but they need 2 more to qualify. Tick tock, BPL.

Italy is far behind. And why are you worried ? It's the English who need to worry now. :P

They were 5 years behind, now they are 3 from us. English have more arguments to believe that they will raise up, but what us?..

If Benaglio played for an EPL club, he would have been elevated to deity status by now.
