your world class player list would be two pages long

And it's exactly Kicker who are the ones breaking the norm. For me, any player who is top 2 in the world in his position is world class. Can't think of two right-backs better than Kimmich, so for me Kimmich is world class.

Dani Alves
Dani Carvajal
Branislav Ivanović
Stephan Lichtsteiner
Antonio Valencia

all just as good

and I think also Sebastian Rudy would be better there

This would've been a great list 3-4 years ago! Have you watched any of them play recently? Alves, maybe. Carvajal has been crap for a year plus. Ivanovic plays for Zenit now after being deemed not good enough for Chelsea. Lichsteiner couldn't make Juventus' UCL list last year and BARELY made it this year. Valencia and Rudy? Don't make me laugh.

I nominate this for worst post of the month, especially the last part.

Joking mate. :) But I think you are really underrating Kimmich.

If you watch bayern games so well you would probally know the reason why kimmich bad a dip of form recently.
As we do not tend to play over the right side at all, cause we either have a robben there who litterly does nothing all game and lost all his action/peace or we have Muller playing out of position on the right wing. Muller cant beat his man 1 on 1 is right footed so doesn't go infield with the ball much (coming from the wing like robben used to do) to create space for the overlapping run of the rightback. This is why i kimmich's form dipped, his offence is wat better than his defence and he cant show his offensive skill if we dont have a winger creating space for him. I agree that defensively he still needs to learn but im sure if we get gnabry or another right winger to play with him he'll be just fine.

Okay, now you're getting crazy.
Saying ivanovic and Liechtensteiner are better than kimmich is just like saying mangala hasn't flopped at man city.
For Valencia(which i rate highly), alves and carvajal you could make a case. Maybe even for florenzi.

You need a snickers obviously.

Your posts make no sense at all, to explain, ( something you should consider doing in future ) Kimmich played in two mayor competitions for the NT, and he was included in the XI of the tournament in both ocasions, I bet Guardiola would get rid of Kyle if he could put his hands on Kimmich, he was in love with him.

In FourFourTwo's last top RB's article he was ranked as the no. 1, not saying those are facts but no rain no flowers.

Ok Dani Alves is an evergreen, he exceels when he needs to, but Rudy, hahaha, this finished the part of my brain in charge for common sense like a "you can't see me"

Löw said Kimmich is one of the best talents he saw in the past decade, Guardiola praised him as the player who got absolutely everything, but you know better probably ...

I think Kimmich has been outgrown Alaba on the left, the ability that he can play everywhere helps him to fit in different tactics that coaches want to deploy.

Coman is also an amazing talent, so good on the ball, quick, and unpredictable, definitely a Robbery material that we've been looking for.

However, Bayern should give more opportunities to its youth talents, I believe we have 1 or 2 boys and make it to the first team, Jupp is an excellent coach, but he's not on the par with Pep in terms of realizing new talents and nurture them. Hope he could give some talents some playing time in the end of the season after we've won the league with a few games to spare.

Tillman, Dorsch, Wintzheimer, Benko, Götze...

How was the team defensively? Last time they used 4-1-4-1 they looked kinda fragile.

Shaky at times. Struggled against high press again but got away with it because of the opponents poor quality. TBH Paderborn should’ve scored one when Sule did that terrible back pass to Sven that went horribly wrong.

I think Bayern switched to a 4231 when Thomas went off and looked alright.

Just hope that we get a home draw for the Semifinals.

It makes sense, I hope they keep using 4231 in important games.
And Süle's season has been really poor, sometimes he just looks like any other tall CB, he needs to improve a lot imo.

Süle is not an impressive footballer, I agree. That said, we're comparing a twenty-two year old to two of the world's greatest central defenders; the odds were always stacked against him.

I dont think kimmich has outgrown alaba. Alaba is even more versatile than kimmich so that isn't the reason. Also alaba has way better physical and is taller. Cause of his pyshical he is faster getting forward and running back and better at defending stronger opponents, he's is also better at heading. I have to agree that kimmich has better crossing tho.

I think Kimmich is a better defender than Alaba. Alaba seems to have declined a bit though. Before he used to be better.
