Seems like a very good draw. It should give Ribéry, on paper, a good chance to kick it for a few minutes at least.

Well, well, well. Bremen =D> Who would've thought? That's our toughest potential opponent out of the way.

Also looking at the ties again I just realised this can potentially be a Bavaria/South Germany dominated Pokal in the later stages with Nürnberg, 1860, Stuttgart and Augsburg if results go the right way. Just an interesting note.

Actually to be perfectly honest I would classify Monchengladbach as a greater threat in a one-off game. Since 2012/13 we seem to have had Dortmund's number, the only losses being pre-season games, a league game where we had already won the title and a freak Pokal game where we dominated for 75 minutes and couldn't score a single penalty.

On the other hand Monchengladbach have had the upper hand over us recently, and their counter-attacking style is far more suited to beating us than Dortmund's more pro-active possession game.

Well, one was a lucky win in Pokal, one was a game where they had just as much injuries as we have now... The win in Dortmund last season was also very lucky... Both games in Munich were very convincing though (the second one not so much though because we lost it anyway...)...
I think they're extremely dangerous...

Nah, I don't forget things. We'll take down Dortmund as long as it's Pep here and Tuchel there. Real deal vs. one who aspires to be.

Gladbach have been our bogey team for years, beyond Pep. The last time we faced them in Pokal it was incredibly unpleasant, if not for Neuer's penalty save.
