Dortmund have already lost hummels and look set to losing mkhitaryan and Gundogan to city is all but confirmed..this hopefully pushes them back one more season and we can make it 5 in a row..

Hell yeah..if juventus can win it year after year psg can win it year after year..barcelona..then even we should win it year after year..if you want to watch a dogfight for the title then go and watch EPL..let it remain the most interesting league in the world and the "interestingness" will reach another level next year..pep,mourinho,conte,klopp,wenger,ranieri,pochetttino..

Since Wembley 2013 I think we are seeing the making of Der Klassiker. It's not just Bayern versus the other best German team now, the rivalry is truly shaping up.

If Tuchel maintain his position the way Klopp did, which I'm sure he will, it ooks like the two clubs will remain the top 2 for the next decade. It takes a number of decades for El Clasico to be recognised and I hope what I'm seeing now is a German classic at its infancy. Something to tell the younger generation about.

"Grandpa, why is it when Bayern play against Dortmund it's always like a war?"

"Sit down, here. I'm about to tell you a great story. There was this amazing young player in Dortmund, his name was Mario Götze..."

Haha true, but I think Götze was the one who lit up the fire. Hummels and Dortmund's run from 2010 to 2012 set up the charcoal. The sheer hate from Götze's transfer was unprecedented and will always be the first to be referenced to. Of course, Hummels' homecoming is a story in itself.

It begins with Hummels because he was one of the cornerstones to their success, which led to Wembley. Then Gotze and the CL final happening in close proximity, there was no going back.

No not the atmosphere, just Müller singing lol. The fact that they sang the Dante song was so heartwarming though.

On another note at the end Pep apologised for not winning the CL, I seriously don't know what Txiki Bergiristain told him to make him go because Bayern clearly meant a lot. Damn close to crying again.

Damn it, I missed that
But look, 3 years for a coach nowadays is great, guys like Wenger and Ferguson are exceptions.

What's not to love with a balcony-full of hungover Bayern-players?

I think this was nicer than the celebration last week. That felt super-awkward and a bit forced.

We did what we could, not conceding a goal for 210 minutes against Bayern is not easy. Some day we will win. :P In the meantime congrats, it was a good fight.

Our closest game since the 2013 final I think.
