You are overreacting.

We were outplaying them. We should have won this game but luck was not on our side. We had like 3 clear penalty shouts and a lot of chances.

I just hope this loss makes our players so angry that they give it all in remaining matches.

We cant win DFB Pokal every season. Dont get too spoiled.

But it was so clear... Although I don't know which one... 1. DFB and the Ref wants BVB to reach the final so they can reach the EUR League (I am convinced that VfL will lose today)
2. We were also involved... Those two Basti misses made me puke... and the twin slips during penalties... Goetze's baby shot...
3. Present to Klopp

Guys I repeat I am really really angry, sad and sick...

In my opinion, everything went downhill when Robben replaced Thiago. We lost the central midfield dominance we had.

Admittedly, the second yellow on Kampl was a bit too harsh, though.

Eh, those were all niggling things that always can go either way. It's rotten luck, nothing less. In fact I'd say the second yellow on Kampl was very just - I was yelling at my screen for him to be carded for a blatant tactical foul, didn't even realize he was already on a yellow.

Heads up guys. It is pity but German double is not easy thing and we can't win it every season. Let's focus on CL and in BuLi try our bench players.
We have one trophy yet.

Again I am not contesting the sending off / penalty award but I mean such things as this.
I remember that this was the feeling in 2009, when Wolfsburg bounced from 8th place until matchday 18 to champions.
Here is an article about an analysis which was carried out during that season.

I said I hope that it has not started now and just shared the article to show that it happened in the past, conspiracy or genuine mistakes, that season it had cost us a title.
Anyway, maybe if we are more ruthless especially in front of goal, we would not be depending on match official's decisions.

Here is a post from the Jérôme Boateng thread of last February, this was after Boateng got the 3 game suspension for his red card, instead of 2 because Neuer had saved the pen. against Schalke. I think yesterday they found a short cut for BVB and make things look less dominated by Bayern. Still we wouldn't be here speaking about this, had we converted any of the early chances, but as I see it the team lost it and never recovered after the denied penalty from that handsball. At that moment I thought that if we are not getting another one in, that referee is going to screw us.
I wouldn't give a damn about losing this DFB Cup if due to this short sighted charade we had not suffered another set of injuries, unnecessary fatigue and negative psychological damage which may hamper the chances of the only remaining German team to make it to the CL Final in the German capital. I really wish that somehow Bayern pulls it through and wins the final but if due to this handicap we don't make it to the final I'd say let the German footbal bosses clap at the Clasico CL final in Berlin.

Can't believe people are criticizing Pep for subbing Robben in. Ahead of the game, everyone was like "oh, hopefully Robben will start!"

Also, five penalty shout, @MUTU? Seriously?

We wouldn't be where we are if we weren't able to recover from something like that. Things like that happen in many games.

Come on, we dominated the game for 75 minutes and failed to put the thing to bed.

To be honest they did. We didn't deserve to go out but they deserved to go through simply because they kept it together mentally, unlike us.

That said, he's said such BS after we outplayed them before. :P

That's the exact number of times our players protested for a penalty. Yes, I am serious. Only 1 should have been given though, in my opinion. Others were borderline though, for example Scholl thought the penalty on Weiser in the 1st half could have been awarded.

I understand that Dortmund obviously have to do their best to win it, it was a rivalry etc. But one should ALWAYS play a clean game, let alone one week before the biggest game of the season in which your opponent will be representing the whole country. As ramsej says, to hell with the coefficients. I am not going to support another German team in Europe ever again because we are idiots for wanting them to win and bring trophies like the EL to Germany. They don't want the same for us and are not happy when we win European trophies. I am sure that had Dortmund been in the semi finals instead of us we would all want them to win over the Spanish and the Italians, and we wouldn't have played such a dirty game yesterday. Injuries are not always the opponent's fault but in cases like Schweinsteiger in the second half and Lewandowski in the end you see Dortmund's dirty play.
