As I wrote many times, forget about second place of coefficient and focus in keep the third place, Italy reduce an advantage of 5 years to two.

Why you have to forget about 2-nd place? Germany will have it anyway next year. Italy reduced the distance to England & Germany only thanks to dismal performance of German clubs including Bayern (and of course English also). Right now Juve has higher rating than Bayern which in fourth place. Germany will have 2-nd place thanks to performance from previous years so it is natural if clubs keep on current performance they will lose 2-nd. Bayern rating are slipping down for the second year in a row and I think it shows something about Guardiola performance

Not nice to see Juve above us in the SEASON CLUB COEFFICIENTS 2014/15 and Italy above Germany for SEASON COUNTRY COEFFICIENTS 2014/15

What matters for the pots for next season's CL is this:

There are 3 German clubs before the first Italian club. Of course, the problem is that neither Schalke nor Dortmund will be in the Champions League next season.

This. Let Italy overtake us, I don't care anymore. It'll only mean one less team who hates us in Europe. I am done with supporting any other German team in Europe. Time to go the Spanish way.

You do wrong. The better the German teams fare in UEFA competitions, the more interest the Bundesliga will garner. The more interest the Bundesliga gets, the more fans Bayern make and the more TV revenue the league gets. More Bayern fans means more merchandise sold whilst more TV revenue to the league means more TV revenue to Bayern.

Also, the better the other German teams fare, the more money they will directly make, which results in them investing more money. The strength of the league improves as a result, and our players are tested against better opposition in the league and can therefore improve further.

In conclusion, the better the other German clubs do in UEFA competitions, the better the quality of Bayern's team and the higher the chance of Bayern winning the UEFA Champions League.

It looks to me that people don't understand that coefficient play. It's not perfect tool but it shows you how the leagues compare to each other. In other words German clubs did not do very well in latest rankings so it means that Bayern BL win is not so great if you compare it to the rest of Europe.
You believe it or not but it shows something if you think about it. Sliding rating for Bayern for the last 2 years sounds some warning sign for it.

They don't need my support to win. :P I'm not saying I'll be praying for them to lose or anything, just that I couldn't care less whether they go out in the group stage or the semi finals anymore.

this is like a trend in the 90s it was the serie A which was on top than came the EPL... La Liga and for a season or two the cool league was the Buli... now it seems that EPL is going downhill and serieA rising again. It is a visciois circle

Keep super-manager for another year and be ready to become irrelevant in Europe. If Tuchel does well in Dormund, then good bye to Bundesliga as well.

Hey, but wait. We will play beautiful possession football you know. We will even have more possession than Barcelona..

Can we round the Pep haters and lock them in one thread? It's hard to open a thread and find something else than poison and frustration. Jesus I can't even remember what I was thinking of, now I'm just stressed everytime I browse this forum.

I have a feeling that the newcomers to CL (Gladbach and Wolfsburg) will drag our coefficents down.. :(
Hope that I'm wrong.
