IMO better any player with 2 healthy legs than a star with one leg... :P this rule doesn't count for Robben.

I really hope all these miraculous saves by Neuer will carry a lot of weight in the tie's outcome.

Playing with Alaba as CB it means sacrifice two positions for one absence as Bernat would be playing LB. If there are no available CB Kimmich is the only option. We will be unlikely to stop their set pieces with Sergio Ramos playing with one or two CB who are 5''8, though. :?

Bernat wouldn't defend properly even if his life dependet on it.

What about Rafinha on the left? I think I recall that in the past.

We said the same thing vs Juve but won pretty much every aerial duel

Down 2-1 going away to the Santiago Bernabéu, with 1 centerback suspended and the other 2 questionably fit. The tactical choices are at the very least interesting. Last year even if it was not the ideal, the trust of Guardiola to put Kimmich as centerhalf and the kid despite one or two mistakes gave a performance and moment that could live on as memorable for every Bayern fan. This year the team is once again with backs to the wall. With the ideal options no longer available to us, I only hope to see the Bayern team that lines up tomorrow give us a fight that Bayern fans can remember and be proud of.

As Miasanrot put it in another article: "The only good news about the situation is that it is completely hopeless. Bayern has nothing to lose in Madrid – but everything to gain."

Some motivation for those who want to be motivated: :)
