The problem is defense. With Lewy in, our attack will be much better. It's the completely incapable defending by Boateng, Alaba, Bernat and Javi that killed us. Boateng prime culprit.

Also, Xabi Alonso continuously on the starting lineup... But I have already resigned to that. Season is almost over, no use in crying about that one any longer.

Three days... Why the **** not on Wednesday...?

It's always like that. Very stupid system by UEFA considering weekend games.

Considering he was rested today that's pretty obvious but in this form I'd take him over Muller, I think.

I'd rather have Rafinha play over Bernat let it be LB or RB.

IDK. As @Manchu has repeatedly pointed out, Xabi seems to affect Müller negatively, and Lewy+Müller has always been pretty strong. I think he does have a strong point. Xabi's distribution is just too horizontal and slow. Müller is proven as a SS and Thiago can provide him with faster and more vertical distribution from deep.

If Müller is set free to roam and play like a predatory ghost just outside the box, he is almost always deadly; the problem is when coaches give him strict and fixed roles.

I agree with you but we all already know that Xabi will be the starter on Tuesday barring an injury

Yea its so disappointing either way. We never get to put a full-strength lineup against the best teams in the CL

You got me wrong...

I meant: if he could play today, why not on Wednesday...

A friend of mine (who is a Real fan) said he dreamt of Real winning at the Allianz 1-2 or 1-3. In fact, he bet on Real winning 1-2 and won some decent euros.

This morning he said he dreamt of Bayern winning 1-3 in Bernabeu and he was pretty pissed of that dream :D

Here is his betting ticket for the Allianz game
