I'd keep Robben on the bench with Müller and start with a midfield of

Tymo --- Schweini
Shaqiri --- Kroos --- Ribery

I'd keep that for the Hoffenhein game. CL away games are always tricky. Remeber Basel last year?

Love it, although I would consider starting Robben instead of Ribery

we must put our best XI...this game is not as easy as it seems. We need to keep going and I would definitely put Martinez - Schweini in this one...and just play RObben-Kroos-Ribery and mandzo uprfont...if we get a good result by 60th minute than just rest them for weekend.

I think Jupp needs to play his strongest line up for all UCL games, not finishing first in the group could come back to bite Bayern

From @FCBayern Twitter:
"Borisov, wir kommen! Mannschaft auf dem Weg zum Flughafen, 10.30 Abflug. 19-Mann Kader wie in Bremen, also ohne Robben. ^M.Hörwick #BORFCB"

Sooooo...still no Robben.

So will start with Kroos, Mueller and Ribery for sure. But I would like Shaq to start. He's so energetic and strong.

The English commentator for the USA GolTV broadcast said during the Bremen game that Robben has been complaining about a muscle pain on his right thigh prior to that game. It seems like a minor thing but with Robben you never know.

Well, it is official that Robben did not fly to Belarus. That is what that German text said.

If we get 2 goals by halftime, we should look to play a more defensive approach and rest some defenders, they haven't had a rest since the season started.

When you play more defensive...it means that defenders are working more than when a team attacks:)

Emre Can is not only better than Tymo, but he's also young, and he's here to stay, unlike Tymo who will most likely leave in the winter, or the summer at the latest. I like Tymo...but he's just not good enough anymore to start in important games, in fact I'm really happy that our squad is deep enough this year that we no longer need to play him. I really don't believe we should play him 'cause he's a cool guy and all. ;)

As for Robben...it's all good, just let him recover properly. I'd probably go with Shaqiri in his place this match.
