Funny thing is, before the 1st leg, Lucescu told his Brazilian players to go out and get revenge for the 7 goals scored by Germany against Brazil at the World Cup...

Looking at the stats- everybody (except Robben, Neuer and Rode) had an assist or a goal in this game.

Let me guess: SZ. Why it would be Neuer's job to keep Boateng at bay? And he did try to guide him away.

You guessed right. I know he's a leading player and stuff, but it's kind of absurd criticizing about the only one who kept his cool in that brawl because he came 20 seconds too late.

Yes all the outfield players from the starting XI apart from Robben got an assist or goal.

I didn't realise this. Outstanding. No other decent team out there is so non-reliant on specific individuals scoring/assisting. =D>

How is the situation with the yellow cards?
We've gotten like a hundred in the last few games.

So this means only Boateng is in danger of missing the second-leg. Otherwise, yellow cards are wiped after the quarter-final, starting this season.

If there's a proper title to this affair with the Ukrainians you could say the best one should be "Fifty shades of red." Why..? you may ask. Well, there was a lot of foreplay, a bit of unnecessary drama, lots of speculation, and at the end everyone just tuned in for the sex.

And everytime we have a bad game we have to read some users here with their typical Pep bashing and that kind of stuff

Madrid, Barça, Chelsea, United, City, Juventus, Dortmund, PSG, Atletico, Arsenal...... just tell me which top team is having a better season than us. :o

And now let's talk about coaches. Pep sucks... so we should sign Mourinho  Or Ancelotti who's doing really well at the moment =D>

I like this post.. But i remember certain people who (probably) like this, but started WWIII after the semi final vs Real losses and Wolfsburg game.. Pretty ironic..

I don't know if someone mentioned this stat before, but every single Bayern outfield player that started the game yesterday either scored or got an assist, apart from Arjen Robben, who was forced off with an injury.

I dont know is it just me but Götze had yesterday an awesome game. He was participating in the match like he has never before done it in München. Gave pretty good corners, always looked for a space, created for others chances, earned penalty & red card and scored. Also Ribery's goal started from his clever backheel pass.

Good I thought I was the only one who was impressed by Gotze yesterday. He seems be be building more confidence and taking players on like he used to. Hopefully he continues in the later parts of the season.

Yes, Goetze's close control was particularly delightful yesterday.
