First of all we have to congratulate Real Madrid for a second consecutive win in our home, sucks but they did it again...

Now, no need to panicking like it was the end of the world, Manuel Beast Neuer kept us into the game and gave us the chance to bounce back!
The first half was not the best but we managed great against Real Madrid, the two teams were equal, had their moments and it was an intense battle worth watching, personally I enjoyed the first half. Vidal's penalty killed us, imagine if we were up 2-0 it would be awesome and everybody knows what 2-0 in the first half means in Allianz Arena! Vidal was the best player despite his penalty miss. Now Javi Martinez brainfart facked us really good, so good that even Brazzers are not allowed to broadcast it, c'mon Javi what are you doing dude? He was rock solid and now this???
The second half is very very troublesome, total disaster sporting-wise but mostly mentally, we played with 10 men OK I understand it but we are Bayern and we transformed into Mainz. We have to question some players about this. Lewandowski was needed badly, it was a HUGE blow, with Lewy in we could have won this, he is a leader no doubt we could have done better with him. Thiago went ghost mode again regarding playmaking, pathetic. Ribery wasn't good at best he was average, Robben under performed, he wasn't bad, they could hardly stop him but he didn't go for his usual lethal solos or passes, Muller as CF and not SS killed him too, when Lewy is playing is another story, there more ways to penetrate for both wingers. Bernat entrance was a disaster clearly. Alonso out @Bernabey,weak link. Neuer thank you man, you're absolutely the best of the best, miracle saves.

Now, we need to regroup, no more jokes, Lewandowski will be fired up, Muller will play alongside him, Douglas is ready maybe Hummels too. Neuer did it for the team now the team must step up. We sucked in the second half but there are 90 more minutes there, there is no need to panic even if we concede first, with a 2-1 win we go on extra time ala 2012, 3-1 win is definitely in our reach I have no doubt but we need determination and everybody must be at 100% no more ghost modes. It's a do or die game and the chances are there thanks to Neuer.

Guys, seriously, get real!
We haven't won an away game at top opposition (Arsenal doesn't count here...) since Barcelona 2013 and even then we had a HUGE advantage from the first leg, we haven't scored a **** goal in Spain for years and you think we'll win in Madrid? Scoring two or more? Dream on, it's over, we're ****!

We can do it. Remember the Juve game? We turned that around with sheer will. We can do it again. Just have faith in our team!

Is it really a big advantage though?

Neymar scored a brace in 2015 in germany.
Juventus should of definitely scored more than two in germany and won.
Chelsea beat bayern at home in the final.
Real scored 4 in 2014.

Honestly, playing at home for bayern wasn't really a huge advantage IMO

It has been since Guardiola arrived... Jupp's Bayern was a machine that won every away game in 2013...

Just can't be bothered with this dumb pessimism from the majority of you! We will turn this around! Two goals to be scored and we can even afford to concede one! It's not impossible.

How is bringing up other teams' achievements relevant? For Bayern there is a huge difference between home and away.

The result IS overturnable but the chances of that happening aren't big

Really dont know what to say.
Penalties can go either way... it was like watching last year's Atletico Madrid game in the Allianz all over again.

I deffo knew that since the missed penalty, things would go bad. Instead of killing off the game with a 2-0, we are stuck at 1-0. I'm not blaming the penalty taker (both Muller last year and Vidal yesterday), they want to score more than any of us fans, but for me personally - yesterday's loss was a total & a worse replay of the Atletico home game. Instead of finishing off the job in the first half, we are constantly being stuck in some kind of time-loop where we fail to get a good result for us.

Really, don't know what to expect on the return. Maybe if we go 0-1 everything is possible. If Madrid score 1, its achievable. If they score 2 - it's over.

It's shaped like a sword. Because that's how formations work. We will only be beaten if Atletico form a rock. We will beat them if they form paper tho.

I wouldn't say it's over.

There is still a little chance.

But for this Hummels and Lewandowski have to be fit and good and the whole team has to step up.

Thiago has to be great in an amazing game for once in his life.
Alonso has to stay on the bench for ever.
Alaba and Boateng have to wake up.
We have to play Lewandowski and Müller upfront.

For those hopeing for a Hummles comeback, lets not forget we will still miss Javi and we have a weak link which was Boateng, I think even Kimmich played better than him when he was used for defence.
I dont think Boateng made 3 tackles all the game. He was wasted this game. What a shame .
