It turned out that, for some reason, Arsenal doesn't have a game scheduled next weekend. They have a 10 days break before visiting us.

Don't they play Everton on Saturday 9th?

Postponed because Everton didn't slip up against lower league opposition and are consequently still in the hunt for silverware. An alien concept to most connected with Arsenal

Damn, this is indeed an advantage. But at least we can afford to rest players ahead of the match.

I would not like to worry about such a thing. Didn't they rest Cazorla, Podolski, Wilshere & Walcott before our game.
Plus Podolski is not even starting now, Ramsey is.
Giroud may play from start but Dante/DvB should close him down very well. He was non-existent yesterday against Spurs. Dawson and Vertonghen had everything under control.
(How I wondered in July why we didn't go after Vertonghen! He is very good. But yeah, seeing Dante's performances, I don't regret it. :D )

Just when is Bads gonna come back :?:

Bads will either get back in the last couple of BL games, or will wait till next season. I don't think he'll be there for our CL/Pokal campaign, though.

Well, since the Pokal Final is on the first of June, he might play that should we go through and should he regain fitness.

4-1 Bayern, probably an own goal. Cant see Giroud doing anything, he has been useless for the past 5/6 games. I take a 2-1 or 3-1 loss now.

Any loss for Arsenal will make the aggregate score look pretty bad

For Arsenal, it doesn't really matter. The worst thing that could happen is another expected tough loss. That is why they really have no pressure going into the game. If we can absorb the first quarter hour, then we will go on with a routine 1 or 2 nil victory.

Really looking forward to this one again, yet every time we play in the knockout stages I cant help but be a bit nervous!

I feel the same but thats why the UCL is such an important tournament, you can never really go into a game 100% sure. As Bayern fans we should all know that very well.....

I think this is one game you can play without a goalie and still win. =D>

You should try to be less pessimistic. :)
