If I trusted the board to make a sensible decision I wouldn't mind dropping points here to get a real coach and challenge PSG in the other games.

But they will probably make some lame excuse and carry on as usual, so we'd better win.

Not feeling it :(

We all know how this goes nowadays. First decent team we face in the knockout stages and we're out.

In all likelihood, we will probably win big, enough to paper over the cracks and people will say "see, you were freaking out for nothing"....none of the problems will be fixed, nothing will change, but a good result and everyone will convince themselves everything is fine....

As of right now I have us finishing with two wins (home vs Anderlecht and Celtic), two draws (home vs PSG and away vs Anderlecht), and two losses (away to PSG and Celtic) in group play and if that's the case we'll probably need some help from Anderlecht to finish second ahead of Celtic (assuming PSG wins the games they should)

I'm sure we will, and I'm not sure that's a good thing. Like I said: we'll smash a team like Anderlecht and suddenly everyone will think everything is okay....

Since the national team plays so much better than we do, why don't we try replicate their formation and tactics?

is very similar to

or, if we insist on playing Robben, like we probably should in big games, maybe

All of the formations above are very possession focused(although possession focused in a way that allows great chance creation and fast and complete transition). If we wanted to play more direct(read: have Hummels booting long balls on to Muller's and Lewy's runs like we played in the latter half of last season), we could try:

I think a score like 2 - 1 or 3 - 2 serves a good reminder while keeping the morale.

the happiness trolls are in, cover your noses!

it's the same filth that asks people if they 'ever smile', when someone posts about negative experiences the filth comes out posting the opposite stories, you say sth is wrong- troll will say 'no it's not, spread some cheer and smile' etc.

oooh you're so fun at parties aren't you?.. just any chance to latch onto sth, trolls are there to be super 'positive', let everyone know you're pooping at their party. why would you poop? 'don't you want anything nice, what's your problem with 'happiness'? please stop pooping!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!'

'is your life so bad that you must poop?!'
'huh, guess some people just like to poop on happiness. especially at parties'

k let's thank the filth for its input and for making it so easy:

it can't even make its 'argument' without saying 'deez peepol everyone uhdem eggzpekt anderbahçe to beat bayern ken yu beeleev?!' and making moronic sexually degrading comments.
Spoiler: show
also lacking self-awareness, barking about sex while openly admitting to being from world's rape capital. this is a gift to trolls to deflect, tell me I'm reyciss, indians ain't even rape dat much

I think this is the formation that we're going to play tomorrow.

Probably Bayern will try to score an early goal, and a dominant performance by Bayern would help the club move past the last few negative days.

Ancelotti has also indicated that it was a mistake not to rest Ribery against Hoffenheim. The winger picked up a knock after briefly coming on as a substitute. A decision on his fitness will be made after the last practice. If we interpret his words,if he's at 100 %-he's going to start,if not - Coman should take his plase at the left presuming Ribery sits the match out.

I have no doubt about Müller starting again, behind Lewandowski as James need some more time to hit all cylinders, and should not be risked from the first minute. Also,it's the perfect time for Boateng to get a few minutes at the end of the match.

James will start ...
I guess that we will play wingerless...
4-3-2-1
Tolisso Rudy Thiago
Mueller James
