They are definitely in pot 3. If they get a top club from pot 1 there's a good chance they won't make it past the group stage, and I am not joking either. Potentially they could get Real Madrid and PSG in their group.

IMO they are on the same levels of the 2014-2016 Atletico's level.
They will find no difficulties against PSG...

Napoli are rated inferior to Tottenham and better than Monaco.

On Betstars, for example, PSG winning the CL has odds of 7.0, while Napoli winning the CL has odds of 51.0. Bookmakers therefore not only think that Napoli would have difficulties against PSG, but they can't even hold a candle next to them.

Liverpool should win this. Can't see Nagelsmann turn this around at Anfield, not with that squad.

Found an interview with Hopp he did for FAZ three weeks ago.Julian should get out of there in the next years, because it's clear that Hopp has zero ambition for this club to compete for the CL spots, maybe not even for the EL spots. So he's boasting about how innovative his club is with all the technology and software tools, saying this is their way to make players better, and I'm all for it, but I'm wondering how long he'll be able to keep his best people - and not talking about just Nagelsmann here - if he has zero ambition to play in Europe and invests millions in technology but nothing into the squad. Was the reason he lost Rangnick back then, and he'll lose Nagelsmann sooner rather than later, too. Doesn't seem to matter to him, he seems to be perfectly content with remaining that hyper innovative hipster village club.

Gnabry should score one.And just like Boateng,he's blonde now LOL. Also,he's playing as a striker again,at least in the first half of the first 45 minutes.Next year,we're finally going to have someone with experience as a striker, except of Lewa.

They should have signed 2 quality players for RCB and regista. with Nordtveit and Rupp(Griger) they never had any chance vs a decent team.

No way they will end up in top 6 this season in BL.

-Leverkusen only lack a striker. They are after Alario.
-Gladbach is much better.
-Schalke can surprise many this season.

Nordtveit already costed them 2 goals. More to follow if Nagelsmann doesn't replace him. He is a lot worse than even Bičakčić, who is not good enough for Hoffenheim.

Well, to sign quality players you need money. Not gonna happen with an owner who doesn't want his club to be too successful because he's afraid of fan hostility. And the one who has to suffer the consequences is the coach.

I would like to know where the "Leverkusen/Schalke always embarrass German football, glad they didn't qualify" opinionists are now and what's their opinion on the opening 20 minutes of Liverpool vs Hoffenheim in a qualifier.

They made +10 from sales. They wasted 8 m euros on Nordtveit. or they can loan players. Even our Götze is much better player than Nordtveit. He could be a lot useful.

Hoffe wouldn't even be there hadn't Leverkusen/Schalke embarrassed last season. Hoffe was never going to be good enough for CL, for obvious reasons.

Not a good joke. Nordtveit alone costed them 4 goals. Rupp 1. This had nothing to do with Bundesliga. but replacing quality with fodder.

That's not just on Nordtveit. That's also on lacking a quality finisher up front.
