They are assuming that they will be eliminated in the playoffs.

I can't stand to watch any more RM celebrations photos and footage on TV and online......its making me very sick to think that the Spanish teams can do it every 2 years but somehow Bayern wasted this chance to challenge in at least 1 final............feeling robbed

I didn't even bother to watch the final. Yesterday I was out for most of the day but in the evening and this morning things started catching up ! Germany's sinking in Augsburg only made things worse....just a testspiel in shitty conditions, but still another loss !

Now Zidane will be a great manager after Enrique... we should have hired whatever former player to manage our team. Some managers get too much credit and wages.

although I would have to include a couple of complacent players with that as well....I still think that they didn't take Atletico seriously enough, I believe that if there was the same will as there was in Munich they would have clinched that precious away goal. Well it was same story in Turin, letting a 2-0 lead slip like that !

Well, taking an opponent not seriously that just eliminated the team that kicked your asses a year ago is not very professional...

and that coming from those who should know better makes it worse than unprofessional...can one forget how this could even happen ?

But I seriously think that in the end, unconsciously there was no leadership and it was up to the individuals.

Well, since we cannot turn back time we have to let go... I'm just pissed at the amount of praise the guy gets for actually not living up to what was possible at all...

Zizou did in 6 months or so, what Pep couldn't do for 3 years.

Wow let's not go there. Zidane was awful and he didn't beat Atletico in a football match. And in the whole competition he was given a free ride and has the most expensive squad of all time. The notion that Zidane is a great manager is bullshit.

It's not like Pep ever managed poor clubs.

As for not winning against Atletico, that was a challenge for Carlo as well... "he" has beaten Barca in the championship too.
