I would field Boateng and leave The Tower for CL duties, given Boateng's CL suspension. I wouldn't be surprise if Shaqiri, Rafinha or Tymo start either, given Wolfsburg low home form as of late.

The reason JH uses DvB is the fact that Boa is suspended... so he is letting DvB play regularly, in order for him to face Arse in top form...
I expect Boa to take his place back right after the Arsenal clashes...

I'd like it if Jupp rests Ribery and brings him around the hour mark. Kroos needs rest too.
Let Robben start in right, Mueller in centre an Shaq on left.

I want Jupp to start Rafinha. He was so beast against Schalke. IMO if given the chance he can regain his last season form and eventually turn out to be Lahm's replacement (and NO, I am not talking out of my bum!).

Resting Ribery for this one would be fine with me. It gives an extra level of uncertainty going into the Arsenal game.

The problem is that he is only 2 years younger than Lahm

I think Ribery, Kroos, Müller and Mandzukic will play against Arsenal, so a good lineup for today could be this

----------Mandzukic----------
Robben-----Kroos-----Müller

1- Robben will probably replace Ribery against Dortmund in Pokal, so he would be getting playing time on the left and that's good

2- Ribery coming on in the second half replacing Kroos or Müller, so he gets some playing time and destroys Wolfsburg. He did that to Bremen last season before playing Real Madrid and then he was in great form in CL
I TRUST IN ARJEN ROBBEN

Why the hell would anyone need a rest? Nobody played for 6 days and they'll have plenty of time to recover from friday to tuesday. They can rest against Werder. What they need is rhythm. 10 days rest wozld do more harm than good, it's barely been a month since the winter break.

For rotation purposes, not rest. It's good to keep Starke's hands warm (Though that too is unlikely with Dante or D-Wall as he is now called here)
Emre CAN do it.

This is the predicted line-up from ARD
Here (at his club of six years Bayern Munich) it is always good, here I am happy and here it's fun. That is more important for me than the national team.

Good, that's the best (or in the case of Mandzukić the most in-form) line-up available for selection.

I'd prefer to leave Kroos/Ribery out of the starting 11 and then subbing him in place of Muller in the second half along with Gomez. I would like to sync Robben and Gomez back with the team before the trip to London.

If Robben doesn't play a minute for the rest of the season that's fine with me. And again, neither Gomez or Robben have much chance ( barring injuries) of starting on tuesday so why play them. The players need match practice, not rest.

Even if they don't start, they might actually be needed. They're the top two on the bench list to enter in case things are not going as expected. It's not about resting the other players, as rest is not needed as you said. It's about weighing our alternatives and syncing them together as much as possible.
