Btw, Rodriguez is one hell of a left back. He kept a leash on Robben until he switched fences at the end.

I think our players were a bit tired and lacked a bit of energy in the first half, but I was really enjoying the game. The players were perfectly positioned on the pitch and It looked like we had more than 11.

Then in the second half Wolfsburg ran out of gas, Pep did his stuff and we ended up scoring 5 more goals :P

Wow who would have told us by h.t that we were going to win by 5 goal margin. On one hand I am satisfied that we illuminated them(I cannot forget that 1-5 defeat in the Ottl, Lell era) on the other I really pitted them after an hour of courageous football.
And what about their support? Amazing getting humiliated by 6 goals for two weeks in a row and still most fans were standing up with their scarfs proudly held and shouting their players' names ... =D>

Yes the scoreline does not reflect the game. Respect to Wolfsburg. The first 60 minutes were some of the hardest we've had this season and like I said in chat at half time, if it was Real Madrid we would have conceded 3 or 4 in the first half.

That was flattering. We played very average football until (as usual) Pep made the exact right subs and changed the game. After that, there's no stopping Bayern.

I don't know which scoreline was more unfair this year. This or the 3-0 against BVB.

This game proved how Thiago, Muller & Mandzukic are incredible assets to this team! Kroos had an offday & Shaqiri has been his unfortunate usual average like most of this season since his return from injury but as soon as Pep made those 2 changes, Bayern just exploded! It was great to see Ribery back on the field & he did well considering he is just coming back from an injury! Wolfsburg played a great game up until the 60th minute & actually gave me a scare! With that amount of talented midfielder, it's hard to even decide what the best 11 of Bayern is now!

I don't think we were playing average. I was really enjoying the match as we were always creating goal chances and it certainly looked like if we were going to score later in the second half. And when their players ran out of gas then we had Thiago and Mandzukic in to destroy them

It wasn't that typical boring average performance of the first half of the season. One of the main reasons was of course that Wolfsburg didn't park the bus, but this was a similar game to the Hoffenheim one and we played much better today

You can see huge improvements in the team in this last few games :)

If you were watching live you were nervous at the hour mark. The hosts produced a number of counters that could have made the Bavarians lose 1:3. But then, superb playmaking turned this game around. More: Tactical analysis: playmaking saved the day in Wolfsburg
