Hoffenheim are in great attacking form. Their defence is poor but they should score at least this one goal. Im going for 2-1 or 3-1 to Bayern.

Players will be well rested but perhaps they won't run too hard seeing as they have to travel to the Czech Republic to play Plzen just 3 days later. Both matches could lead to Bayern equalling different records (Bundesliga unbeaten run, Champions League winning streak).

I hope Martinez will be ready to start so Lahm can move back to right back

This is a very tricky and difficult match. Hoffenheim are in a very good form.

I think Hoffenheim is up for a spanking. We have to compensate for last night's poor performance somehow ;)

Seems like Kroos and Robben are still a doubt for Saturdays game but Kroos is further along than Robben....
Spoiler: show
The attacking duo have recovered from the hamstring strains they suffered against Hertha Berlin, but will probably be rested for Tuesday's trip to Viktoria Plzen

Bayern Munich boss Pep Guardiola has revealed that he is unlikely to risk either Toni Kroos or Arjen Robben in Saturday's Bundesliga meeting with Hoffenheim.

Both players picked up minor hamstring injuries in last weekend's 3-2 win over Hertha Berlin but did return to full training on Thursday.

However, Guardiola does not want to rush either man back into action, given Bayern have a Champions League game against Viktoria Plzen to come on Tuesday.

"Toni is a bit further along than Arjen," the former Barcelona boss told reporters on Friday. "They both trained yesterday.

"Perhaps they are not fit tomorrow, but next Tuesday or next Saturday they will be fit."

Guardiola also admitted that the trip to Hoffenheim has also probably come a tad too soon for defender Dante, who has been struggling with an ankle problem.

"He has trained well, although there are still little problems," the Catalan coach explained.

Bayern's meeting with Hoffenheim at the Rhein-Neckar-Arena is scheduled to get under way at 15:30CET.

Volland is fit to face Bayern tomorrow, Dante, Kroos and Robben will miss the game - damn, it seems like there is about 2,3% chance of Hoffenheim getting a point out of this!

Apologies that I haven't time to translate the original source, but Sport1 is speculating that Guardiola will start tomorrow with Martinez and Schweinsteiger as a double-six, with Lahm back in his old position. Guardiola also warns of Hoffenheim's attack. Along with Dortmund they have scored the most goals (25) so far in the league - 3 more than Bayern.

Well that sure is an interesting update since many of us didnt think Martinez was ready to play 90mins, especially since Pep was patient with Gotze when he came back from injury.

I dont think so, Guardiola won't change his system. In my opinion that he show weakness, suggest his system is not safe enough to play with. Maybe Martinez and Schweinsteiger play together, but one will be play deep on the "six" and the other will be playing in more advanced role.
